Sep 15, 2025Aquafitness Fun and Fantastic Poolside Vibes!
I had a great time at Haven Riviera Cancun! The pool party was so much fun, and I really enjoyed the Aquafitness session with Kristina — she brought great energy and made it a highlight of my stay. The service around the pool was excellent, and the bar nearby kept the drinks flowing. A perfect mix of relaxation and fun!

Natasha, thank you for teaching us how to dance.
Wonderful experience. I loved everything: the food, the view from my room, and from the moment I arrived to the lobby, everyone was very attentive. I want to give a shout-out to the fun and enthusiastic entertainment team, especially Natasha, a very energetic and enthusiastic lady who was very helpful. We'll be back!!!

Second time in Haven Riviera planning a third time there next year with more family and friends!
Second time in Haven Riviera Cancun excellent very enjoyable super friendly hosts awesome rooms with jacuzzi in balcony great pools amazing food they go above and beyond shout out to FELIX and ARTURO from the buffet area every employee is amazing will be going again for the third time they do so many activities so so fun also Sahel from the pools is great !!! Please go we bring home so many beautiful memories we are naturally from Puerto Rico but live in the USA but still decided to go a second time thats how much fun we had and how much we loved it Ricardo Mercado and Yomary Mercado

Relaxing and tranquil.
Beautiful resort, grounds, pools & staff. We stayed in an ocean front & the views were amazing! Our butler Gabby was excellent! She was super attentive & so sweet. Our stay was absolutely seem less & worry free because of her. She was always willing & very proactive. Will definitely ask for her on my next visit!

They made our birthday magical with drinks, songs, and candles. They also sang happy birthday to us! Go here for the best time ever!
