This was our 5th time at Haven. After our first visit we just can't justify going anywhere else!! We have been to multiple other resorts but this one tops them all. The food is the best we have had in Mexico but it's the staff that really make it such a great experience. They treat you like family and I was so impressed when we walked in one of the bars and the bartender Adrian yelled my name excited to see me. And of course I always have to get a hug from Maria. She was our first bartender on our first trip and we always have to find her to say hi. The fact they remember you shows how much they care. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect
We stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun for 5 days/4 nights on a girls’ trip this past week. We’re all in our late 20s to early 30s and were looking for something relaxing but still with a bit of fun—and Haven was the perfect choice! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredible—so welcoming and genuinely kind. Emeli checked us in and did her best to get our group rooms together. While it wasn’t possible, we ended up across the hall from each other, which actually worked out perfectly since one pool got afternoon sun while the other offered shade later in the day. We had Junior Suite Garden View Swim-Up Rooms, which were beautiful and convenient. Ernesto, our pool waiter for most of our stay, was fantastic—constantly checking on us, bringing fun drinks to try, and even delivering them to our swim-ups! Emanuel took care of us on our last day and was just as great. The service overall was top-notch and truly elevated our experience. The resort itself is small, peaceful, and very well maintained. It can be a bit tricky to navigate at first, but the QR codes on signs and your bracelet are super helpful—they link to maps, the activities calendar, restaurant menus, and even dinner reservations (if you’re not a Serenity guest). The entertainment wasn’t spectacular, but the staff and performers really gave it their all, which made it enjoyable. The foam party and water aerobics were so much fun! There’s something happening by the main pool every few hours, and there’s also a quiet pool if you want to relax away from the music and activities. We didn’t spend much time at the beach—it was gorgeous and peaceful, just not great for swimming this time of year. We also didn’t do any excursions or spa treatments this trip. Of all the restaurants, our favorites were the Italian and the Mexican Steakhouse (the tableside guacamole was amazing!). We enjoyed our after-dinner drinks at Limes Bar and the Lobby Bar as well. Overall, if you’re looking for a resort that’s not a “party resort” but still offers a great time, Haven is it. Our group has already decided we’ll be back—and next time, for longer!

Paloma, Mary Jane, Alex and Enrique are just a few of the folks who make this place special!
My friends and I just stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun and absolutely loved it. The place is gorgeous, the food is fantastic, and the entertainment keeps things lively—but it’s the people who make it unforgettable. Paloma and Enrique took care of us at the pool and bar and were incredible the entire time. They were always smiling, always on top of drinks, and never turned down a request. Just genuinely good people. Mary Jane and Alex brought the fun with entertainment and made every day better. Water volleyball would not have been the same without them—they brought the energy and kept everyone laughing. We can’t wait to go back and see all of them again. They’re a big part of why this trip was so special.

Wonderful 4 night getaway!
Degner was an amazing and attentive pool concierge! We loved everything about our second stay at Haven and definitely plan to return! Paloma's poolside service, Sergio at the main pool swim up bar, and Ricardo at Olios provided top notch service.

Perfect Time
We’ve had the best time at Haven. Outstanding service by all staff. You can tell that everyone here is committed to ensure guests have a great experience. The pool concierge Degner is exceptional, checking in throughout our trip to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Special shout out to Paloma and Angelica who took excellent cars of us at the pool. We will be back.
