We love Live Aqua!!! This was our fifth visit to the property and by far the best. We stayed in the "Tierra Suite" and was it was wonderful. Up on the fourth floor, we had the best view of the complex, easy to get around and it truly was a suite. We had two butlers, Arturo and Carlos, who assisted us during our stay. Arturo was magnificent, who provided top notch service and became our bff for the trip. Just to name a few other staff that provided excellent service: Miguel, at the pool, made sure we were taken care of each day and his service was awesome; Ricardo and Daniel at the Siete Restaurant were prompt and took care of us; Andras pool beverage service was amazing! Emily at the spa deserves a special shout out, she gave my wife the best massage she's ever had. Carlos at the Starbucks coffee bar was amazing each morning, greeting us with a big smile and great service. Those staff members were awesome, but not to say there were not many others that helped and provided great service each day. We're already planning our next trip and can't to get back to paradise.

Amazing girls trip
We were 6 friends and have the beast time at Live Aqua Cancun. The food is very good, the silent party night and the karaoke was so much fun. We didn’t go to the night shows offered by the pool but all the people seemed to be having so much fun! The breakfast is truly the best, fresh hand made quesadillas, egg and omelette station and everything else you can imagine plus the amazing fresh fruit and smoothies prepares by Marcos. They are so so delicious… but Marcos is such a happy, polite and enthusiastic person that makes a whole experience. We were staying in a club room. Our dear Alex and Isaias went above and beyond to make sure we have the best time. They handled restaurant reservations, spa reservations and a birthday celebration. Always with a smile. It was a great experience overall.

Amazing experience at live aqua.
I had a great service at the pool. Édouard would set up our casibos by the beach. He provides a quick and courteous service. The entertainment team is awesome. Ludin, Ricardo and Pablo provided a great atomsphere at the aqua fit and Zumba. The rooms and the entire resort are so clean. Mb restaurant atmosphere, the food and servers are fantastic. The bbq chicken and ribs station are a must lunch place. What a beautiful beach. The water is turquoise colour , no seaweed.

Amazing service at live aqua
Eduardo at the service pool was amazing. He is so courteous and helpful and provides very nice service. The food at resort is good. The beach is amazing.
