This is our 3rd time to this beautiful resort and we will be planning another trip for next year! The service is a step above the staff is incredible. Ernesto and Stephany took care of us while there and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Their personalities are infectious and you can’t help but feel happy when around them! We looked forward to seeing Jose, David and Marco at Siete each morning! Daniel and hector in the Aqua Club were also always so welcoming! We keep coming back because the resort is beautiful, the food is great and the people make you feel so welcome!! The food & drink options were plentiful and we definitely never wanted for anything.

LOVED IT!!!
We had an amazing stay at Live Aqua Cancún. The service was exceptional, and the food was phenomenal at every restaurant. The resort is immaculately clean, with huge beautiful pools right by the beach—absolutely stunning. The entertainment was a blast with shows, DJ, and karaoke, and the spa and hydrotherapy were incredible. We loved it and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Deluxe Experience at Live Aqua
Very beautiful all-inclusive resort with many foods and drink options. Has easy beach access and pools/rooms overlooking the ocean. The staff is very nice and professional, especially the entertainment staff running the activities. Pablo, Ricardo, Naomi, Alex, Alfredo, chef Raphael, and the yoga instructor Daniel really make all the activities feel welcoming and accessible to everybody, they definitely deserve a big raise for all that they do! The server and bartending staff are also very helpful, Alberto and Carlos are wonderful and very professional. All the server staff work extremely hard, but the number of guests seems really high in volume, and they definitely need more support in staffing ratio to the huge amount of guests. Definitely a very beautiful place to stay in, would recommend!

Superb!
Our first stay here and not our last! We have stayed at 6 other resorts in the area and this was the best! Service and food were superb inlcuding Marco at the smothie bar, Carlos at the sushi bar, and i cant forget Ricky Ricardo our fabulous water aerobics coach. Also the rooms here were definitely a hit as well. Finally i will say the grill at the pool was so good. It was the best chicken i ever had. Look forward to our trip back next year!

Painting on the beach!!!
Pablo Lufin alfredo were absolutely fabulous. ! Made it so fun ! Will spread the word so others can participate ! It was special!!!
