Beautiful hotel. Consierge service was so helpful when our family needed a doctor. Follow up was so appreciated. Loved the ability to have dinner reservations and reservations for cabanas taken care of daily. Would definitely like to return. Shout out to Viri and Alan!!

Very good experience!
Everything about our Live Aqua Cancun vacation was top-notch, from our room to the outstanding service and amazing meals. If I had one complaint, it would be that there was no comfortable cigar-smoking lounge or even a cozy, roofed outdoor area for that purpose. It may be something to consider for hospitality managers, especially when cigars are offered for sale right at the resort. It would not stop my wife and me from coming back; it was just somewhat unpleasant to stand outside at the entrance to the resort, where there was a roof above our heads to protect ourselves from the rain while enjoying a cigar.

Always nice to go to an all inclusive adults only. Resort is first class and the location is very convenient to many upscale shops, and the ocean was very clear and no seaweed on the beaches or in the water around the resort

Jonathan is THE BEST!! He was an efficient, kind, and friendly server that made our experience at LIVE AQUA all the better! We went back to his section at the pool everyday!

Most relaxing trip ever
Amazing experience! Beautiful beach and infinity pool! Cabanas with foot massages could not be beat! Arturo and Carlos made it so incredibly easy and relaxing - helping with reservations, room service and every single detail! They were the best! Food was so good too, from restaurants to Aqua club!
