    Run down and dirty.

    Front desk pressure for tips/upgrades: Implied paying more would get a better room. After tipping, we were given the room we already paid for. Only after complaining were we moved. Room not as advertised: Jacuzzi didn’t work, safe failed, no couch. Jacuzzi released visible scum (photos attached). Cleanliness & maintenance: Dirty beds (photos attached), dirty pools, property visibly run down. Food & reservations: Bland food, oh they hid the bacon (you had to ask for it and if you didn't get their early they didn't have it - same with the guac and ice cream - ask if you know, but if you don't ,- miss out). Restaurants were routinely closed even though the resorts were full and could not get reservations. A la carte reservations almost impossible—same-day only and fully booked by ~9:05 a.m., often taken by family-side guests. Being told to “see the captain” between 6–6:30 never worked. Not truly all-inclusive: Room service costs extra + tip and often didn’t arrive. Minibar frequently not refilled. Basic amenities refused: Extra bottled water denied despite non-potable tap water. Coffee inconsistent and not available at most bars it out completely not in rooms. Lounges closed early. Money exchange: On-site exchange shorted us. Staff attitude: Mostly annoyed or unhelpful, with two exceptions (front desk woman and Alejandro at the international restaurant). Location: Decent. Sun was nice. Overall: 2/5 at best. Not adults-only quality. Would not recommend.

    Crown Golden should be Condemed

    Crown Paradise Golden PV should be shut down. Don't waste your money or time. Everything about this place is horrible! Front desk all rude! Sheetrock falling off the walls. Mold on cushions in room. More people trying to get a different room after having no air conditioning than checking in. Bad Place!!!!!

    Dream Hoilday with a Dream Location

    Our second visit in the last 12 months, If you like a room with a fabulous ocean view i highly recommend staying in a Ocean Front Room., we were on the 6th floor, easy access to the Beach & Breeze Bar. The hotel is presently upgrading all the rooms with new beds and furniture, when complete should be very nice. Great value, Great Food, Great Location!! 3.5/4 star hotel

    Taken care of very well.

    Oscar at reception was incredibly helpful and helped us enjoy the resort a little longer on our last day due to a late flight. Many thanks to the great entertainment staff Brian, Tony, Valerie, Bizzaro, Danilla for the great beach volleyball to help me stay active while my partner watched haha. Cheers! Kevin
