Phoenix (January 25, 2011), the number one U.S. website dedicated to Caribbean and Mexico travel, announced the opening of its new 24-hour call center in Phoenix. The 7,100 square feet office, located at 3115 North 3rd Ave., officially opened its doors in late 2011 and serves customers on the west coast and nationally.

"When we began with just a handful of employees 10 years ago, I never imagined we would be able to grow and expand so quickly throughout North America," said CEO Josh Paine. "This expansion helps us provide our west coast customers with the opportunity to build their dream vacations around their schedules - not just our east coast hours."

The new center has created more than 80 jobs in the Phoenix area and the team continues to look for more sales and customer service agents, support staff and supervisory roles depending on experience.
