    Spectacular Entertainment Crew

    We have been to Mexico many times and always to 5 star resorts. Catalonia Royal Tulum is the first resort that we would return to. Everything and everyone was amazing. The Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Daniel and Alex were fantastic concierge and very knowledgeable. The restaurants were beautiful and the food was quite good. We were very impressed with Angeles at the Buffet. She remembered our names after our first breakfast. We enjoyed the dinner show at Rauxa with the talented acrobatics. All the nightly entertainment was lots of fun and kept us entertained. The beach was gorgeous and clean and good to walk on. The ocean was warm and inviting. We cannot say enough about the entertainment crew. Paulina, Diego and Abraham were the most amazing, wonderful, fun, sincere, talented entertainment crew that we have had the pleasure of knowing. We partipated in almost all of the activities everyday. We felt like we had known them for a lot more than a week. They made our vacation one to fondly remember. We also enjoyed the yoga classes and the instructors. We want to thank everyone on your staff for making this vacation memorable! Peter and Shirley

    An amazing trip and amazing activities

    Another Amazing Trip!

    This was our fifth time to Royal Catalonia Tulum over 11 years. Much has changed for the better. Staff is friendly, food is nice, and rooms are nice and clean. Paulina at the pool is a powerhouse. She helps to ensure everyone is having a fantastic time and some laughs. Her and the staff are working endlessly to keep the spirit of this place alive and thriving. Will definitely be back.

    Amazing experience

    The resort has an amazing beach and everyone was so accommodating. The mango margaritas are my favorite! Diego, Abraham, Eddie and Paulina are super friendly and I can't wait to go back!

    Complaint for Denial of Previously Confirmed Day Pass

    Hello. My sister visited me for three days in Playa, and on the last day we decided to go to a Day Pass. This hotel offers it without a reservation (I’ve been several times), but this time I wanted to be cautious because the drive is about 40 minutes. I called beforehand and they confirmed we could come from 11 am to 6 pm. When we arrived at the hotel, they denied us access to the Day Pass. I explained that I had called specifically to avoid this situation, but they only smiled and apologized. We had to drive back the 40 minutes and look for another Day Pass, and we lost more than half the day. There were two of us. Sometimes it feels like they’re not empathetic at all, and since we were Mexican, they didn’t even make an effort to offer us any solution.
