Vianey was amazing with her mixology classes!! Hopefully she will continue to do them! Thank you for another amazing time. Food was good last year but even better this year! So good to see Pedro, Williams, Jessie, Erbey, Zenon and Carlos again. Wonderful to meet Fernando and Mariano this year!

Great Employees, make for great stays!
My wife and I stayed here from November 21-25. We had an excellent time. Several key members of your team we feel went above and beyond. Ivan from the breakfast spot Bites, took care of us every morning with a great personality and excellent service. Also Franco from the pool service was top notch and made us feel at home. Both we feel went above and beyond, what they had to do to make us feel relaxed and at home. Stephanie from the entertainment team also was great. Please take care of these folks as cherished employees. There were also many others that made our stay very enjoyable, so kudos to whoever is doing the hiring. They made this resort a place we will likely come back to enjoy!

Upscale Adults-Only All-Inclusive on the Harbor
This is an adults-only boutique luxury property right on the harbor. The staff is fantastic, there’s plenty to do, and both the food and service are excellent. We chose it for the location and the adults-only atmosphere, which did not disappoint. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re well appointed and offer beautiful harbor views. It’s an all-inclusive resort with a definite luxury feel, so expect to spend a bit more than you would at a standard all-inclusive.

Good vibes
Had such a wonderful time at the Freestyle pool daily. The DJ was amazing and all of the event staff were kind and helpful. Mauriano was our pool attendant everyday. He made sure we were taken care of. The vibe at the pool was a variety of ages but mostly 40-50 years old. This place definitely has great events all throughout the day. Pool food was always quick and very tasty. They could use more variety of sodas for drinks like ginger ale and serve same liquors as the Xhale Club if you’re utilizing Xhale vip, quite the walk to go back and forth for top shelf liquor. Sushi and espresso martinis were always AMAZING at the Club!!

Great pool experience
Mauriano was very attentive at the pool. The music was great too! The DJ should sell their mix. The activity coordinators were great too
