Nov 06, 2025Great all-inclusive resort experience. Excellent staff, food, and location.
Smaller resort population allowed for closer interaction with the outstanding staff who were always working to make your stay perfect. Omar and his staff Rogalio, Ernesto, Alexandra and Emilio at Ocote was our favorite for dinner. Spoon with favorite for breakfast with wonderful Carolina, and Omar, Tomasa, Alexandra and the rest if the crew. We spent a lot of time at the large pool where the service was again fantastic with Williams, Miguel, Ricardo and all. The entertainment from the pool to barbecues to Halloween and Dia De Los Muertos celebration was great with the entertainment staff. Jaime, Nelly, Stephanie, Jessi, JC were fantastic and mixologist Vianey and her classes are a must. We had an Exhale room and concierge Stantiago was especially attentive to making our stay excellent. Joshua and Emilio and the rest of the bar staff were incredible as well. The resort is in a great location. Great views everywhere. Everything is walkable. Our room overlooking the marina was a constant source of entertainment morning and night between boats, sea lions and other wildlife. We will definitely try to come back in the future.

Hotel View is beautiful, Pool is beautiful, Ambiance of the place Beautiful Food was terrible, especially breakfast. Wedding food was good Chef was on point. He/she should have cooked the whole time. LOL

Amazing Experience!
Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Extremely attentive service, great food and drinks, easy access to beach and exploring into town. Jamie in entertainment was so much fun! The views from the resort were incredible! We will definitely visit here again!

Fantastic service
The way everyone made me feel welcome and part of the activities as well as next level service! The entire entertainment staff was fantastic. Nelly -Stephanie- Jessie and the boys! Carla was amazing at the restaurant! Christina and the concierge team took excellent care of me after an unfortunately accident. My favorite waiter at the pool Franco provided constant next level service.

Great Party Host
Jaime was a great host for karaoke and the silent party. A very good dancer and had Great vibes and would recommend to have him host when we come back! Super fun had a blast. We were a group of 13 and we will remember this awesome trip on Halloween and Day of the dead weekend.
