SCAM! Hotel should.change their slogan to "Spirit of the DR" as they have hidden fees and upcharges for EVERYTHING beyond belief. Ridiculous and they keep saying "its.on the website" when asked about the hidden fees and upcharges but after search over half a dozen websites to include their own official website the only extra charge being noted is the internet which Im not disputing in anyway. I asked several employees to include guest services manager and hotel.manager to show me where their website or website we booked from advertises any of their hidden fees that they keep saying are listed in the website and NOONE can show me, they just keep saying its on the website but it is NOT and they clearly know they are lying as making zero attempt to show me any proof.or show me where it says it on the website Ive taken many screenshot on many websites in case they try amd change website in their lies. Do NOT stay here, they lie so much and total scam.

I’ll be back
It was perfect for me. Everything was easily laid out, the staff (every single one of them) made it such a safe, and fun experience. The beach was beautiful. The pools were as well. I’m a picky plain eater, there was always something for me to eat at all of the restaurants/buffets. Anytime I needed anything it was quickly taken care of, in a kind manner. There wasn’t a single day I didn’t feel like I woke up in paradise. It was off season, low occupancy. Perfect for me who just wanted to eat, drink and relax. I recommend the spa treatment, as it was amazing. The value for the money spent was 👌

The food and drink service was very good. Everybody was very attentive. They entertainment was good, consisted of pool volleyball, disco nights, and more! Thank ruth and michel for everything
