The rooms and some installations could definitely use a bit of freshening up and some extra TLC, but even with that this hotel is absolutely beautiful. The nature surrounding the property is stunning, with gorgeous landscapes and friendly wildlife everywhere you look. I highly recommend trying the cacao ceremony; you learn so much and the experience fills you with serenity and peace. And of course the staff is wonderful! We’re glad we picked blue diamond. We’re leaving with a smile and good vibes.

We had pleasure to meet with Dayana for coco experience and Spanish lessons, she is amazing very friendly and knowledgeable . All staff is amazing,and very friendly But a big thank you to Dayana again you been amazing. Thank you.

Peace and comfort
We’re really happy we chose this hotel for our stay. The atmosphere is peaceful, with great staff and drinks to enjoy. We loved that the golf carts would pick us up right from our roo, the guys who drive them are so friendly and always make you laugh. The beach and the pool are perfect; the area isn’t huge, but we never had any issues finding space to relax. Our room was spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. About the food… I’m gluten-free, and while the menu does include options some of the dishes didn’t have the best flavor at times. I should mention there’s occasional noise from the construction next door (totally out of the hotel’s control), but it’s still something to be aware of. On the bright side, the spa is always quiet and the yoga classes are excellent and ended up being one of my favorites.

Don’t miss the Patios tour
We had such a lovely experience with Dayana and her Patios tour. It’s a beautiful walk through the hotel, learning about Maya culture and connecting with the surrounding nature. It was one of the highlights of our stay

The vibe is relaxing and calm
The architecture is gorgeous, it blends luxury with nature in the most effortless way. The staff make you feel totally at home from the moment you arrive. Just super warm and easygoing people who really add to the whole experience.
