A trip to remember
We had an absolute blast at Blue Diamond! The staff (Ubi, Erick, Fernando, Martin, Luis, Dulce and Abril to name a few) didn’t just accommodate our big group—they went above and beyond! I didn’t see a single frown the whole time; everyone was all smiles and great vibes. The location was the perfect kind of remote - quiet, relaxing, and not crowded. The room was huge and felt like your own home. And the food? Prepared with so much care it felt like we had our own private chefs. We loved every minute and are now planning a return trip next year.

Excellent location to recharge. I love the idea of staying in individual casitas that affords privacy. It felt secluded and intimate. Great staff as well. Will visit again.

Is truly something special.
My husband and I travel a lot, and honestly, this resort felt like a true discovery. In terms of vale for money, it exceeds every expectation. They give you everything you need to settle in, relax, and forget about the outside world. The food: excellent quality, amazing flavor and beautifully presented. The room: stole my heart, its spacious and cleverly designed, most of them set up like private villas tucked between nature, giving you the sense of privacy. The staff: truly fantastic. Everyone works hard, and it really shows in the way they treat guests. These are just some of the names we remember: Erick, Fernando, Leopoldo, Jenny, Abril, Xavier and Diana. Each one brought something special to our stay. The surroundings: absolutely stunning. You’re surrounded by lush greenery, rivers, lagoons and a natural cenote. The not-so-perfect parts: a few details could be improved for an even smoother experience. Some of the bicycles around the resort aren’t in the best condition, the minibar and coffee restock wasn’t automatic so we have to request it each time, and the toilets tended to clog easily.
