The staff at Secrets Maroma made us feel like family from the second we arrived. Brandon Gomez was the absolute best concierge we could ask for. We felt safe and well taken care of in our hotel! The staff at the World Buffet treated us as if they had known us for years- Roberto, Nestor, Elijandro, Antonio all were warm, attentive and started our days off perfectly. Their kindness was exactly why we will return back in the Spring. We got big hugs and warm wishes when we left which made me cry I was so touched. Carmen greeted us every morning by the pool and she instantly became part of our family. Secrets Maroma- you are lucky to have such incredible team members who became family to us in 7 short days. We will be back to see these smiling faces and warm hearts. You made our honeymoon absolutely spectacular

Wonderful
Secrets Maroma is one of the best resort in Cancun. We loved every aspect of it. The staff is tireless in providing us with unique moments, always very polite and friendly. Good food, entertainment, very clean. For us, the staff are the best part of the resort; they make us feel at home. This was our second time at the resort, and we'll be back in February and many more times.

Top Notch Resort
Secrets Maroma Beach was AMAZING. The entire staff was top notch from arrival to departure. Our concierge Felipe was great. willing and ready for any special requests. We can't wait to try and visit again! Thank you, Serets Maroma! We LOVED everything!

Oct 08, 2025Overall Beautiful Resort with need of a entertainment jolt and better check in
Improve check in time to room and fire the swarmy car salesmen we had. Work on some livelier entertainment from 3-5 pm or so at poolside. If I pay for a preferred ocean view for 5 nights, I expect this and not some mumbo jumbo of having double beds (which we booked as double beds) and that you did not have rooms with an ocean view and two double beds.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
