This is by far the best resort we have ever stayed at. Every possible detail has been thought of and masters. We stayed in the junior swim up suite and the room was spectacular. The room service was top notch. The food at every restaurant was amazing and fresh. The entertainment and services that are provided are amazing. They thought of everything! Will return !

Loved it!!!
We loved Secrets Maroma!! We have been to 2 other Hyatt owned resorts (secrets playa mujeres & hyatt zilara), and this was our favorite. The beach is BEAUTIFUL, the service is great, food/ drinks were good, entertainment was unmatched as compared to other options. We really enjoyed the silent disco, poker night, and live music by the beach from Martha & coco. We did not make it to a show, but heard great things. We enjoyed the daytime entertainment too, such as live music by the pool, sushi sushi-making class, and a Brazilian show. The nightlife and pool entertainment were much more lively than the other resorts we have been to. This resort pays careful attention to details. Eli, the concierge at building 15 was phenomenal!!!! Having a concierge for each building was absolutely amazing! They paid close attention, made hibachi reservations, spa reservations (Dorca gave an amazing massage), set up room service for my birthday, blew up our floaties, etc. We also really enjoyed Ariel & David for lunch at seaside grill. We enjoyed the turn-down service in the evenings, and the sunglass cleaning coming around the pool. So many thoughtful touches.

Welcome home
We loved secrets Maroma for our honeymoon. The resort has everything you need and the staff is beyond helpful to find you anything else. The staff here is really what makes your experience even better. They are all so nice and welcoming. Our check in process was easy and we enjoyed lunch while our room was being prepared. The preferred club breakfast/lunch was great. Alfredo was a stand out in service. The room was spacious and the swim out was amazing. So nice to come in from the day at the beach and take a dip before dinner. The beach here is unmatched. It’s beautiful. We spent most of our time laying out and enjoying the ocean. I had never experienced an AI so I had no expectations on the food but all the options turned out to be great. We loved the Italian and Mexican the most. Overall we had an amazing trip and would love to visit again.

The prefect honeymoon!
We stayed for 10 nights at secrets Maroma for our honeymoon. We can honestly say it was faultless! Perfect hotel, room, pool and beach. But the staff at this hotel really make it! A massive shoutout to Alfonso our concierge on building 14. He did everything to make sure our experience was perfect, he was helpful, friendly and went that extra mile to ensure we were looked after. The entertainment team, waiters, housekeeping, reception staff… everyone was just the nicest staff we have ever come across in a hotel. Thank you Maroma, we will cherish our memories of our time here forever!
