  Great for couples/friends getaway

  Beautiful resort, friendly and helpful staff. Seaweed is bad at this location this time of year, but resort did work very hard to keep it as clear as possible.

  Best first experience at an all inclusive! Fantastic place and we’ll definitely be back!

  First time at Secrets Maroma Beach and it was nothing short of amazing! Our concierge in building 22, Heriberto, was amazing and so helpful! Bramdon at the pool was the kindest soul ever and helped us with so much. Manuel or Marcel (I called him Kevin, he called me Kevin) was the best waiter at the pool. The omelette lady was amazing for breakfast and went above and beyond. Himitzu was the best restaurant hands down and the chef was so sweet to bring us a special dinner and serve us, even added glitter to our plate for presentation. We had the best time, the room was so comfortable, all the staff was so kind and helpful and willing to go out of their way to serve you, and the resort is beautiful and well run! You won’t regret booking this place to stay and relax!

  Amazing couples getaway!

  Secrets Maroma Beach exceeded our expectations! It was an incredible couples experience. I’d highly recommend for anyone considering it to go. The service was amazing, the staff were so attentive and took the time to get to know you and help with everything possible. Our concierge, Marcelo Marin was truly incredible. He made our trip so great! I’d recommend booking activities at the resort (spa, dinner on beach, cabanas, etc) as they have special deals and specials!

  Beautiful property, good food, good staff. Can't wait to try other Secrets properties.

  Wife and I arrived on a Tuesday and checked out on Saturday. Check-in was super easy, and we were getting familiar with the property very soon after arrival. The property is beautiful, and staff is courteous and helpful. As the week went on, we noticed the crowds increased a bit, and as the crowd increased, it was apparently a little more difficult for the staff to keep up with cups and other trash left by annoying patrons - very minor issue. A couple other very minor critiques - there are a couple rooms closer to smoking areas. If this is something to which you're extremely sensitive, you might bring this up at check-in. We had a swim-out room right next to a smoking area. It wasn't completely terrible, but was slightly annoying from time to time. Secondly, I guess you have to request turn-down service, because we never received it. The breakfast buffet was awesome (too awesome ha). The special lunches were enjoyable, but the regular lunch offerings at the poolside shops weren't that great - I wouldn't waste the calories. We had dinner at the italian place, the french place, the mexican place, and the grill by the pool. All were wonderful experiences. We're not AI connoisseurs (otherwise we probably would have had the knowledge to pre-empt some of our minor critiques), but visiting this property really makes us want to try other Secrets properties. We're sold and hopefully will get to come back one day! 9/10 - thank you to staff and Secrets!

  Can’t wait to return! Didn’t want to leave!

  Secrets Maroma is a stunning resort! Architecturally beautiful, immaculately groomed, intimate spaces throughout, well appointed rooms, gracious and friendly staff. The restaurants were wonderful and our meals delicious. Will definitely return! Hans in the front desk was extra extraordinarily helpful. Guillermo our concierge in building 17 was gracious and delivered on every account! Alberto at the beach provided exceptional service! I’m very impressed with the entire experience at Secrets Maroma.
