    Great vacation

    Wonderful hotel , food is very good , very friendly staff , I would like to mention one person who goes beyond expectation's she welcome guest at the palapa restaurant and I would like to thank her for her fantastic attitude , and her name is IVANA.

    Catalonia royal tulum review

    Myself and my friends have been here for 2 weeks and have had the best time. It’s an all round resort that caters for everyone’s taste whether it’s to relax, to party and game. In particular all of the entertainment staff are fantastic, they’re super friendly - really engaging and know how get everyone involved and have a laugh. Special mentioned to Paulina, Eddy, Tita, Charlie, Abraham and Diego. They are the nicest people you’d ever meet and they are such a laugh! Would certainly recommend coming here just to see these guys.

    Amazing People!!

    Loved the accomodations, the hotel staff is amazing!! The bellboys Jesus, Miller, and Omar are amazing. Took care of us from start to finish super friendly! Breakfast at Beloved was the best!!

    Amazing holiday

    My husband and I had an amazing time. Absolutely beautiful grounds. The cenote and jungle are very well kept. Lots of wildlife everywhere. Food was good, lots of options. Beach is nice, but lots of seaweed this time of year. What really made our trip special is the incredibly friendly staff, especially Quetzabel and the ladies at the buffet who made us feel so welcome. All the staff are really friendly and work so hard to ensure everyone has the best time. Thank you all.

    Not what expected

    Beware!!! The hotel is not what they show and say on the website. I paid for privileged room for my anniversary and got room with two double beds. The manager of the hotel was very rude and said that no other rooms available, that I have to wait for 2 to 3 hours, which is after check in time to get the room with king size bed. He wants you to give him some money to gets the rite room right away. The house beeping is poor. The only good thing was food and cocktails, very tasty. Don't pay extra for privileged room, not worth it. The are the same,as regular room wino perks. Please see the beach pictures attached. I don't recommend this hotel.
