    Lovely

    Great place, lovely hotel, wildlife and staff. Michelle, particularly looked after us very well around the pool replenishing our drinks often. A very relaxing hotel, nice beach and good excursions.

    Amazing Entertainment Team

    Had another amazing holiday here! The reason we keep returning is the incredible entertainment team. It is always so lovely to catch up with old friends and meet new ones. The recruitment model for the team ensures the professional standard enjoyed in previous years is always maintained or even bettered. Gonzalo, Paulina, Charlie, Abraham, Diego, Tita and Eddie always go above and beyond to ensure every minute of the holiday is exactly what you want. Their authentic energy, enthusiasm and chat is unmatched anywhere else. The service throughout this resort is first class. Special mention to Quezebel, Angeles and Rosario in the buffet restaurant and Daniela in customer services. If you are unhappy with anything in resort or have any issues go and see Daniela at the customer services hut beside the pool and she will sort it. Nothing is ever a problem. The Beach Towel service was great with any wet towels in the room changed every night and plenty of spare towels available during the day at the relaxation area. Xpu-ha beach is stunning. Yes there was some sargasso seaweed some days but the hotel worked tirelessly to clear it as best they could. Our beach experience was no where near as bad as we had read online. We swam most days in clear water and enjoyed plenty of free hobbycat trips with Marco who is always fantastic! This year we had a premium room instead of our normal superior room. We always felt the superior room was fine but the air conditioning and power sockets in the premium room are significantly better. The Spa and treatments with Margarita were excellent. Thank you to the whole team. We cannot wait to return.

    Nice resort, peaceful full of nature. Everyone is super nice and toughfull especially the entertainment team Charlie, Eddy, Paulina, Tita, Abraham and Diego.

    Romantic Spot for Couples

    The resort was lovely, very romantic making it a perfect spot for honeymooners. Food was delicious and we were so happy to finally taste authentic Mexican food 😋. The entertainment team, Paulina, Charlie, Tita, Eddie, Abraham and Diego, were very friendly making the overlap experience enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to vacation here!
