Carolina, Fernando and Alejandra are just superb! They are so attentive and friendly. Carolina is just the sweetest hostess! Fernando has been helping me woth my Spanish and is very honest. Alejandra is also very nice and remembered I like mimosas with my breakfast. The staff here are just wonderful and make you want to come back from another visit.

My recent experience at Breathless Resort in Cabo was extremely disappointing, mainly because of the terrible food and beverage service. The servers were consistently inattentive and showed a surprising lack of customer service skills. It was as if they were doing me a favor just by taking my order, and any request was met with hesitation. To make matters worse, the beachside location of the specialty restaurants was a major problem during a tropical storm. It was very difficult to get to them, and I hardly had a chance to eat at these places, which were a big reason I chose the resort. The combination of bad service and logistical problems made the whole experience awful. I can't recommend this resort to anyone who cares about good food and attentive service. Breathless Resort really needs to fix these problems to live up to its reputation.

Breathless Resort & Franco = 10/10 customer service
Breathless Cabo was amazing and everything we expected it to be and more. Great food, beautiful views and excellent service. The Xhale Club was awesome too and worth the extra expense. Franco, our server at the pool by the beach & Foam bar, was excellent! He was so attentive to all of our needs. From bringing our group of 19 friends buckets of water bottles to keep us hydrated in between our many asks for drinks and food orders. He was so friendly and had a smile on his face everyday - great customer service! Thank you so much Franco for taking such wonderful care of us!!

Top notch service at Breathless cabo
Staff was excellent everywhere especially Carolina and Elisio in Spoons breakfast buffet. They went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed

Oct 13, 2025Room/ hotel Decor decorum
The room was very spacious and comfortable. However, I was very disappointed in the decor. The chairs in the room were not comfortable. Additionally, I was very disappointed and disgusted with the sofa in the room that was dirty and stained. I actually asked for the sofa to be replaced: which was only replaced with an another sofa that was stained; not as bad as the previous one. I noticed through out the hotel; most of the sofas were stained. The hotel needs to invest in new sofas; preferably leather or use scotch guard on the cloth sofas.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
