May 02, 2025Mixed bag
We are here right now, spending our final night before we fly home tomorrow. Here are my thoughts: PROS 1. great pools! 2. beautiful views! 3. comfortable rooms, with fantastic showers! 4. buffet breakfast and lunch were great! CONS 1. check in was awful. We arrived to the hotel a couple of hours prior to 3 pm check in. Antonio told us he would call to let us know our room was ready. At 2:45, checked with Antonio and he said room was still being prepped. At 3:39, no word so went to find Antonio and he was no longer on shift. Spoke with Manager. Got into room, and it was dirty. So they moved us to another room. It was annoying considering we had been up since 4 AM to catch our flight. 2. spa - I decided to splurge and scheduled four daily massages across the 5 days we were there. I had asked for a male masseur (for religious reasons). Checked in for third massage and was told masseur went home an hour ago. I had stopped by the desk 40 mins before the massage and no one made mention of this. So I cancelled both remaining massages. 3. last night - leak from AC pipe in ceiling resulting in drip. Maintenance said we had to change rooms. That prooved to be a debacle. Took them an hour to get us situated into a new room. Unfortunately, Antonio from check in at the front desk was handling this sitch. I’d love to come back, but I don’t think we will given that there are so many other adults only Ai resorts here.

Views are wonderful wherever you go, especially from the room. The bed is so soft and comfortable. The food experience is so good, so much variety. You are able to try so many different types of food here to satisfy any craving. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Great experience overall!

Tenemos 8 años seguidos en mi cumpleaños para festejar, pero por primera vez tuvimos una desagradable situación, me comenta mi esposa que los baños de la alberca estabas sucios, sin papel de mano y no había jabón líquido para las manos, lo reportó en seguidas ocasiones y no lo hicieron caso, después se reportó con el concierge y la jefa del concierge, y el último día se topó mi esposa con el Sr Orozco de mantenimiento y él si hizo caso. Anteriormente cualquier detalle lo solucionaban inmediatamente, pero ahora no sé qué les pasó. Agradezco a David, José Luis, Gabriel, Berenice, Henry, Isidro y Kevin del Dragón, a César del Italiano, a Ángel, Uriel y Jorge de Carnes y obvio al personal de entretenimiento, en recepción a Armando por su apoyo y trato. Aún con esa experiencia, es uno de nuestros sitios favoritos

Excellent
We loved this all inclusive, and all adults property! We had a beautiful room (junior suite). The ocean and bay view were gorgeous. We enjoyed the beach and pools. The specialty restaurants were really good! The entertainment in the evening was really fun with good variety! Overall we had a wonderful trip.

Rooms are gorgeous but hotel is extremely loud , at 5am the hotel room service knocked on what I thought was our door but it was the room next door ….that is how close you are to the next room. You hear rooms doors shutting all night it’s brutal…… The service is slow across the hotel. If you want a more sprawling resort go elsewhere. The live music is pretty awesome throughout the hotel.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
