Do not go for the food. The property is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the drinks are exceptional, but regrettably, the food was disappointing. This was the only reason that I would be cautious about returning.

The Hotel was very nice. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Honestly we only had two comments for improvement. One, add music to the outside pool area when there are no activities planned. Something would have been better than nothing. Second, they attempt to sell upgrades immediately upon checking in. We had been traveling all day and that was the last thing on our mind. We did not appreciate the additional 20 to 30 minutes of selling just to get to our room to relax. Otherwise, the Hotel is a good place to spend some time and enjoy Cancun.

It was spectacular, and you should splurge for a preferred room. The food was plentiful, and the staff was attentive. I will come back

Best Adult Only resort!
This was my 2nd time here. Best food, drinks and accomodations! The pool areas always had chairs. The restaurants were always available (some with a short wait) but who cares when you know you are getting a delicious meal everytime. This time of year had alot of seaweed but once you walk out past it the water was clear and perfect. Definitely get the preferred club upgrade. You get butler service, the infinity pool with private lounge beds and a speciality restaurant. Worth every cent! The rooms are also on the 21-28th floors so your view is spectacular. I will be back again soon!
