This resort was amazing and the staff were great. The buffet and bars were great and fully stocked. The bar tenders were always guaranteeing that we were taken care of. The jerk chicken man was amazing and they both always had a great attitude.

The resort was very clean very nice very pretty. The water was beautiful. The service was not top-notch. We had dinner every night we will get to the restaurant have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to be seated and then dinner took anywhere from an hour and 40 2:55 hours to be served. It just was too long. The food was good, but not top-notch as some other places.

Girls Getaway
Great resort with excellent staff. Food was great and entertainment was fun. It is touted as a couple atmosphere but I was there with 9 women on a girls getaway and we had a blast. I'm a travel agent so I'm hard to please. Jamaican people are so wonderful and I will always go back.

staff are amazing in every category they are not to blame here. my issue with this hotel is it is far from all inclusive, every photo you will find online is of sunbeds next to the pool, there is now only cabanas infront of the pool at 100 usd per day up to 300 usd per day. most of the time they are not in use just in the way of a nice view, the priority is to grab your cash if you like the pool experience. see photo of my view for example and we have got one of the better locations for a sunbed. if you pay 250 usd per day you can have some other benefits like butler who reserves your sunbed for you and puts a sign on it even though the hotel policies not to reserve sunbeds. at one pool there is around 8 parasols with sunbeds the other pool a few more and for a hotel with possibility of over 1000 guests its naughty that where the cabanas are plenty more beds with parasols could have been installed. food is good at the buffet and Asian and French but other restaurants the food is not fresh and served from buffet by the plate "a la carte" doesn't taste fresh or hot. generally enjoyed the holiday but super frustrated from the hotels money grabbing techniques. when you spend £7000 on holiday you dont expect to get up 6am to secure a parasol by the pool, our experience with hotels with a 2 class system is not good as services that should be included with luxury hotel should be included in the standard programme. tge minibar and room service great, all staff friendly and polite except the cabana staff who think they are a step above the rest. hotel should update its poolside photos, we won't be coming back or going to another hyatt if all thier resort hotels operate like this.

Beautiful Resort, stunning well kept grounds with very welcoming Staff!!!
Stunning resort with beautifully kept grounds , Lovely food (especially the buffet), very welcoming staff, entertainment through out the day, we had a wonderful stay!! This can be either a quiet relaxing holiday or one to let your hair down it offers a little something for everyone!
