Dec 23, 2025Great workout classes at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica with Adrian!
Adrian who offered gym classes is amazing. He is very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed the abs class, stretching and look forward to taking the Pilates class. It would be great if you could provide the Pilates reformer machines and inner thigh machines. Thank you Adrian for the workout classes!!

Dec 20, 2025Disappointed in Pescados this year
We have been coming here for 15 years. Our favorite restaurant has always been the Asian restaurant Pescados. We had dinner there last night and were so disappointed. Shorter menu , and the food was mediocre at best. Our favorite things are no longer on the menu. PLEASE bring back the old Pescados.. It's one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Other than that, the staff at the hotel are wonderful. The rooms badly need updating but we don't mind very much. The new Nespresso machines are a nice addition. Housekeeping is great. Whale watching was spectacular this morning from the beach lounges. More lounges are a plus. Breakfast at Siempre was delicious as always.

Favorite December relaxation spot
We come every year. This year we came with family and friends. We don’t get a fancy ocean view room but the rooms are sufficient and we don’t spend much time in the room. We like the round pool by the beach which is serene and relaxing. Most years we see whales at least one day if not more. The best part of the resort is the service. Carlos at siempre for breakfast was always a pleasure and remembered our daily drink preferences. Dora at siempre was so lovely and made the best quesadillas and crepes. We had Christian by the pool almost our whole week and he was excellent. We were disappointed Rene wasn’t posted in our area because he has always provided exceptional service and he remembers us and gave us hugs. My parents had an excellent dinner at peninsula and said Ricardo went above and beyond. Highly recommend the chocolate lava cake. My only real complaint over the past several years is that the drinks by the pool are very sweet and as a whole I don’t like whatever mixers they are using - I tried many drinks but just couldn’t tolerate most. My go to is the margarita which is not overly sweet. If you go try to catch the turtle release which is always a special treat. Overall I would give it 4.5 stars but I’ll round up with the great service.

Relaxing Mexican getaway.
stayed at Pueblo Bonita Pacifica, for a week. The room was great with panoramic ocean views, nice balcony overlooking pool area. Everything was clean and well maintained. We ate mostly in the main Restaurant, Siempre. Food was excellent and especially the service. Special thanks to Miztli , Luisa and Florinda. We used the shuttle to try restaurants at nearby Pueblo Bonita Sunset. Also very good.
