    An ok visit

    Generally the resort is good. The food, services, personnel are very good. Our problem has to do with the pool environment. Specifically the lack of keeping umbrellas repaired and absence of the pool concierge monitoring the saved lounges. We specifically asked about the umbrellas and saved lounges at check-in because we’ve stayed here several times prior to this visit. We ended up by “saving lounges and choosing functional umbrellas ”. Otherwise we enjoyed our time here. The pool was quiet overall and Adrian’s fun demeanor as he served alcohol was enjoyable.

    Mayan Dinner Experience - absolutely incredible

    We had such a fantastic time! It was wonderful to learn all about the Mayan culture — a truly special way to start our Mexican holiday. Our waiter, Josue, was incredibly friendly, polite, and made sure our drinks were flowing all night. Our hostess, Pilar, was so informative and engaging, bringing the Mayan culture to life through her stories and facts. She made my partner Gary’s birthday truly memorable by including his celebration as part of the evening. The food was excellent, and the Mayan dancers were captivating. It was a privilege to experience such rich culture, and I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Mexico.

    People at the resort

    Kendall at the pool is amazing!!!!! So friendly and remembers our names! He makes everyone feel so welcome! He works very hard in all weather, and always has a smile on his face! Leidy, our butler was awesome! Very attentive and always happy! Very responsive too! Jesus and Jose at Privilege beach were a great team!! Very personable, and always willing to help. David was our server at Dolce restaurant and was amazing! He says he usually serves at Blue Moon. David, the bus boy at Dolce restaurant is so kind and funny! You can tell he loves his job!! Benji and Brianna at the activities are so sweet! Talks to everyone, and has a great personality! My husband and I enjoyed this vacation so much! We are thinking of returning in March!

    Fun and Quiet Paradise

    What can I say? The resort was beautiful. I was lucky to see rain only one day. The beach was quiet and relaxing with regular service, especially by Jesus manning the Privilege beach and making sure the cups never went empty. Rooms were serviced multiple times a day and restocked. The food was great and I enjoyed the multiple options available. Bar staff were always fast and made the best drinks (Diego & Jorge). At the end of the day any resort is only going to be as good as their staff. The heart and soul of this resort is clearly Kenddell and his experiences team. The programs were phenomenal and differentiate this resort in ways that others don’t. There’s enough variety to do whatever you want and to never be bored. The energy, positivity and kindness Kenddell brings is unparalleled, I’ll definitely be back if only for that.

    A TRULY PERFECT VACATION FOR ME!

    I travelled solo to OMR from Oct. 12 to Oct. 26, 2025. I have been to many all inclusive resort all over Mexico. The OMR was a real WOW for me. I call this one a perfect trip. I found the resort to be very beautiful in every aspect. I loved the beach, pools & my room 3107 was very close to the beach & quiet at night. The staff is absolutely OUTSTANDING! I can’t believe staff members even remembered my name. Overall, the food was very good with Dolce Vita & Blue Moon being gourmet & very delicious. The waiters at these restaurants are AMAZING. The buffet was wonderful as well. The bartenders would remember my drinks. All the staff work so hard. Thank you so much for such a memorable vacation. I’m sure I will see you all again. A special thank you to the following staff: MIGEL, Pool Bartender: SUPER NICE guy working so hard & always ready to make your perfect drink. VICENTE, Buffet Waiter: Just the SWEETEST guy you could ever meet. His kindness really touched my heart.
