We had a great experience amazing services staff very nice Enjoyed the yoga class and dance for with Pablo Food at secret garden and Italian restaurant very good, great meeting chefs. Smoothie station he is the best always smiling. Recommend resort to upgrade their lobby. Good location And great service

World Class Service — Not A Single Detail Left to Chance
This was my first stay at Live Aqua — and it absolutely won’t be my last. I visited for a close friend’s family birthday celebration and finally understood why he returns year after year. The service, the staff, the atmosphere… it’s all on another level. I travel quite often, and can honestly say this is one of the best resorts I’ve ever visited. I can’t say it enough… The service is top-notch. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless. The accommodations are beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and the entire property has an elevated, calming vibe that makes it hard to imagine staying anywhere else. Dining was a highlight, especially our large group dinner at MB. The chef handled multiple dietary preferences with ease, and every dish was outstanding. Mornings started off perfectly with yoga in the Hidden Garden, followed by what quickly became my favorite meal of the day — breakfast. The buffet is honestly the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Fresh, diverse, delicious, and plentiful. Oh, and a made to order smoothie bar! But what really sets Live Aqua apart is the service. It felt like my needs were anticipated before I even realized them. Our concierge, Eladio, was phenomenal — sending WhatsApp updates each morning with the day’s activities and stepping in with last-minute help before our boat charter (which conveniently departed from right across the street!). Every staff member I interacted with was warm, pleasant, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was smooth, and check-out was even easier. This visit was short, but it made a lasting impression. I can’t wait to return for a longer stay. Live Aqua has officially made my list of must-visit resorts.
