Beautiful all inclusive resort. Upgraded to a sweet when we arrived. They made the transition very smooth. The resort had so much to offer. The butler's Ruddy and Romero were amazing, always making sure we had everything we needed. The resort staff was great, always very polite and helpful.

Cancun's best adults only resort!!
Fantastic vacation!! The room and ocean view were amazing. The staff was unbelievable and our service was fantastic! The food was excellent. This our Go To resort in Cancun and this our third trip here just this year!! I would (and we do) recommend this resort to anyone coming to Cancun. You will be treated like FAMILY!! We are already making plans for our New Years celebration next month. Try this resort, I assure you that you will not be disappointed!!

An Unforgettable Stay at Live Aqua Cancun – Truly 5 Stars! 🌴 From the moment we arrived, Live Aqua Cancun exceeded every expectation — not only for its luxury and beauty but for its genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. ✨ Our butlers, Maggie and Eladio, were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, kind, and always a step ahead — checking in daily to make sure everything was perfect and making us feel right at home. 🍹 Crecensio, our bartender, was fantastic! Always smiling and full of good vibes, he greeted us with cocktails every time we stepped out of the elevator — truly making us feel like family. And let’s be clear: the drinks were not watered down — every cocktail was perfectly crafted and delicious! 🍳 Blanca at Siete made our mornings special, preparing made-to-order dishes that weren’t even on the buffet line. The breakfast buffet itself was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and full of options. 🌿 The food overall was outstanding. We especially loved Hidden Garden, where the flavors and presentation were next-level; and Azur, which was perfect for both lunch and dinner with a gorgeous ocean view. My absolute favorite dish was the ceviche — so fresh and perfectly seasoned! The seafood restaurant by the beach was another standout, and we also loved the ribs, burgers, and finger foods served throughout the day by the pool. Every bite was full of flavor and quality. 🏖️ Huge appreciation to Maria and Francisco, our beach and pool servers, who kept us perfectly relaxed and refreshed all day. Their timing and attention to detail were impeccable. 🏹 The resort has plenty of activities to choose from throughout the day and Naomi was an awesome host/instructor during our archery experience. She was patient, kind and made the experience a lot of fun! There was a bracelet making class that we considered taking, but would not be there for; Naomi made sure we didn’t leave without the bracelets, looking for us at the resort to give us some that she had made! 💫 A massive shout-out to the entire Live Aqua team — from the servers, bartenders, and restaurant staff to the butlers and housekeeping. Everyone works so hard to deliver a world-class experience with genuine smiles and warmth. The amount of work and dedication by the staff did not go unnoticed! Big kudos to Ricky Ricardo — the heartbeat of the resort! His high energy, humor, and positivity brought every activity to life — from aqua aerobics to the Día de los Muertos celebrations. I was celebrating my birthday, and Ricky went out of his way to make it truly special.
