Family Vacation

As we enter the gated and secured grounds of the resort we had a feeling of safety and comfort. The outdoor and indoor lobby is beautiful and well staffed. Our check in was super easy and quick. They offered us a drink and hot towel while we waited, even though it only took about 15 minutes. We were given a room in the east wing on the 4th floor and proceeded there. The elevators were large and clean. However, once we stepped down the hall of the 4th floor we noticed several maintenance issues such as torn carpet and gouges in the walls. Unfortunely, we were not impressed by the room either. Size was standard for the 2 queen size beds we had but, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The furniture was damaged, bathroom needed updating and balcony was looking right at the roof which is not attractive. But, a vacation in Jamaica isn't about the room;) We were very happy with the amenities, pools, beaches, lazy river, food, nightly entertainment, staff and overall stay at the resort! There is really tons of things to do at the resort for ALL ages. We would stay again but, hopefully not on the 4th floor.

Overall great experience. Three Palms, Moonstone and Luna are delicious. Fresh buffet could have used more choices for children and adults alike. The kids loved the lazy river and spent a huge portion of their days there and on the slides. Overall relaxing and wonderful vacation. Service overall was great. I would put this at a 4.5 for value and service if it let me. Service not as great as expected in the rented cabana.

my Rose Hall Holton Review

first let me start by saying, i've have stayed at this resort 4 times, and recommended it to several of my friends. it was one of my Favorite places to stay in Jamaica. but on July 21, 2017 when i stayed here, it was HORRIBLE!!!!! First off, the room that they gave me and my family was on the 2nd floor, which was great, until we went to the room.. upon walking down the hallway you smell mold and wet mildew carpet! they had a fan in the hall to try and dry the carpet. then when we walked into the room, it smelt just as bad as the hall did. i proceded to unpack my luggage and put my clothes in the drawers, and it smelled like mildew. the front desk said that they were booked and they didn't have any rooms availablw so we had to suffer for the night. Next the food service was Horrible!!!! they served the same thing every nite for dinner. Curry and jerk chicken!! rice and veggies. the drinks were watered down, and the dessert was the same cheese cake. Breakfast was the best meal i ate for the 5 days we were there. Now on to the more exciting part of the story. it must have been some kind of bacterial infection outbreak on the hotel, because my brother got sick first, then myself, then my son, and my brothers wife. we had dirrhea and non stop vomitting. as we talked to other guest, the all had the same symptoms. we reported it to the staff, and they said they didn't know anything about. be needless to say, when we returned back home to the doctors office i went. they drew blood, and urine and to find out it was food poison and bacteral infection. he said someone thats was preparing the food must have been sick and spread it to everyone. so i will never stay at this resort again. thanks for a not so great vacation!!

Overall a very nice resort. Food was excellent especially Moonstone Italian on the beach. Rooms clean and a/c was excellent. Could use to upgrade the fitness facility add body part machines as cable station only accommodates one person at a time. Will return with granddaughter. Service was excellent staff very friendly. A very nice 8 days in Jamaica.

Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa: Allow Yourself Some All-Inclusive Fun

If it's time to escape the everyday for pampering under a Caribbean sun, head to Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Your kids will love the new Sugar Mills Water Park and you can relax on a beautiful, sugar-sand beach.

Built on the site of an old sugar plantation, this updated resort offers an all-inclusive package that includes snorkeling, kayaking, wind sailing and 1,000 feet of beach, just steps from your room. The beautiful water park has three terraced pools with a lazy river and 280-foot waterslide perfect for letting your inner child whoop it up with your kids. Or grab your clubs and enjoy Cinnamon Hill Golf Course, listed as a Top Course in Jamaica by Golf Digest Magazine.

If the kids need time away, the supervised Kidz Club or Teen Zone offers fun, age-appropriate activities. You can indulge a little at the Soothie Spa or grab a pina colada at the swim-up bar at Mangos in the water park.

When it's time to eat, you are sure to find what you're hungry for at one of Hilton Rose Hall's four restaurants. Whether you grab a burger at Seaside Grill next to the pool or a seared tuna steak at the exquisite Three Palms Restaurant, you are guaranteed to leave the table full and happy.

We don't think you will need to leave the property to have a wonderful vacation, but if you're looking for an extra adventure, pay a few dollars more for a glass-bottomed boat ride, or visit nearby Dolphin Cove, where you can dance with the dolphins in their turquoise lagoon.

Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa offers fun for all at this all-inclusive getaway.
