Dec 17, 2025A serene escape with ocean view
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Given the recent hurricane and its impact on morale and the local economy, I was truly impressed by how well the staff maintained their excellent customer service. My room was clean, and although only one or two of the eight or nine restaurants were open, the food was decent. Our swim-up room was also very nice, with a great ocean view! I met some lovely staff members and fellow guests during my stay. And the ocean was absolutely breathtaking.

Dec 17, 2025Birthday Stay Experience: A Disappointing First Impression Turned Around by Exceptional Service.
My birthday stay began with a disappointing first impression at the front desk. The team appeared inattentive and unfocused, and there was no warm welcome or acknowledgment of my birthday. Given the occasion, I expected a more engaging and welcoming arrival experience. That said, several outstanding team members across the property went above and beyond and significantly improved my overall experience. • Terry Ann (Front Desk) made a noticeable effort to address my concerns and helped improve the situation. • Rush (Lifeguard) immediately lifted my spirits by recognizing my birthday and singing, which genuinely brought a smile to my face. • Dean (Bell Desk) was extremely courteous and provided an excellent orientation of the property—an experience I initially expected from the front desk. • The Guest Services Team did a great job with the room décor; however, the initial arrival impression could have been stronger. • Jelecia (Breakfast Server) delivered exceptional service. • Ayana took stunning photos and was very pleasant; her passion for her work truly shows. • Flamez, Tio, and Damion (Entertainment) were outstanding and made my birthday celebration truly memorable. • Jahnoy (Bartender) provided great service,amazing drinks by the way. • Vivian (Grounds)was incredibly kind he gave me flowers from the garden and sang happy birthday, which was a very touching gesture. • Alecia was jovial, pleasant, and kindly guided me back to the front desk. • Anna Kaye (West End) and Chef Michael provided excellent customer service, and the quesadilla and fries were exceptional. • Calmore (Bellman) provided good service. • Nameisha (Guest Services) was helpful even though the torn rag I was expecting her to probe more and not just a basic apology. • Mr. Beat (Entertainment) was amazing. • Clive (Italian Restaurant) delivered excellent customer service. • Kerry Ann (Jamaican Restaurant) stood out with her warm and engaging introduction. • Doneshia (Breakfast Service) also provided great service. One area that requires attention is housekeeping. Unfortunately, one of the towels provided was torn, which I only noticed after attempting to use it. This was a significant turn-off and highlights the need for closer quality checks to maintain guest comfort and standards.

Great value
Great location on the blue shores of 7 mile beach. Rooms are fairly renovated. As with most all-inclusive resorts, the liquor is cheap and food is just ok.

AZUL Negril, Jamaica
This was a better than expected!!! I read many reviews, our room was always clean and neat our maid service was #1 thank you 83002 All staff wonderful. JJ our lifeguard taught me so many new things I've never experienced and allowed me to cross 3 things off my bucket list. JJ took his position at Azul very Serious. In at 5am and worked until 5 at night. Not enough thank yous. The guys and girls at the water sports hut . Outstanding customer service skills, kove you guys. Food was good wish there was more late night food options. Great trip thank you one and all. God Bless you all.

Very out dated. We could not get clean wash clothes or towels until the last days. We stayed for 5 days. Food was OK. Not enough restaurants open at on time. The buffet was not open every day. The beach and the pools were good. We did not get to experience any night time entertainment because it rained every day. No I would not visit this resort again.
