The room was great, high humidity but a dehumidifier was quickly brought to fix that. Food 7.5 out of 10. Entertainment 8 of 10. Pools 9 of 10. Drink quality 7 of 10. Beach 8 5 of 10. Butler's Edwar and Angel 10 of 10. Adult side building 11 swim up room. Do wish they had more to do on the adults only side instead of merging with the kids side. We would definitely go again and take friends!

I typically don't write reviews but feel it is necessary here. When booking I requested 2 queen beds. Upon arrival I was told there were no rooms with double queens. I was upgraded to Ocean front given Marriott status, however I ended up sleeping on the pullout the first night. After a horrible night sleep and being in much pain I went back to the front desk to see if anything had come available like instructed. At that point the girl at the front desk located a room in a separate building and asked if she could move me. Her supervisor denied. Not knowing I understood spanish, she came back and said they didn't have anything. The building would have been an upgrade which I would have paid for but was never even given the offer. At that point I requested another mattress for the sofa bed and instead was given a rollaway bed. As if this wasn't bad enough considering the cost I'd paid for a relaxing vacation, I met some folks that checked in right behind me and they were give a room with 2 queen beds. I spoke to our concierge and he tried also to get them to move us and was also told no. PH thank you for an uncomfortable vacation on a single sized rollaway bed. Never again will I stay here or at any Marriott resort. I had planned to allow them to buy out my vacation club membership at a competitor however decided to forgo since my other membership company has always made accommodations or offered availability at my cost and went above an beyond for requests I"ve made. Awful experience and I wouldn't recommend staying here. Lastly be aware there are only 2 restaurants plus the star club restaurant (not adults only) at this resort. They fail to say all other restaurants, disco and coffee shop are located at at the family resort. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

We loved the location. We had a swim out junior suite star class with 2 wonderful butlers, Edwar and Angel. They messaged us multiple times a day, booked all of our restaurants, and stopped by often to make sure our room was up to par. The entire staff was always present and willing to serve all the guests. We never had a problem getting lounges at the beach. The food is pretty good.

Butlers are the best!
We just came back from a 10 day stay with a swim up room in the adult section with Star Class service. The Star Class option at Planet Hollywood is a must! One of the Star Class perks is having a Butler, well you actually get 2 Butlers as they are there for you from 9am to 10pm. We had the best pair of Butlers, Angel and Edwar. These two gentlemen could not have done more for us. By noon of our first full day we had reservations at every restaurant we requested at the times we asked for. Angel and Edwar co-ordinated with our family and friends Butlers so we were all able to eat together. Every night our Butler was at our restaurant to make sure our seating was good and what we expected. Every time we saw either of them they asked what more could they do, in fact when I said I was going to go pack, they said they could do that for us. I can’t think of anything these two gentlemen would not do for us and always with a smile. The other Star Class perks are well worth the extra cost. You get 2 extra a la carte restaurants, top shelf liquor in your own lounge that is always stocked with fresh finger foods, can’t call them snacks as they are exquisite. I would recommend getting the Star Class upgrade and ask for Butlers Angel and Edwar, they will see to your every wish and even those you didn’t know you wanted. Planet Hollywood Cancun is definitely on our list for coming back, and soon. Thank you Angel and Edwar for an unforgettable 10 days!

Planet Hollywood Adult hotel is excellent.
Food, employees, and entertainment team was great Josue, Fernando, Moises, and Marcos was great. Parasailing was wonderful. Director room was amazing. Staff was always willing to assist. Dining was always on schedule and great. Love it
