Great atmosphere! Rooms nice and spacious. Ivan kept the drinks coming! Great service and excellent food!! Delicious grilled burgers at poolside! Lots to do on this resort! Really enjoyed the performances and the movie theater afterwards! We stayed on the Adult Scene! Best vacation! Definitely recommend the swim up rooms!

We were a group of 9 friends, 4 rooms, adult side, building 14. The rooms really impressed us, 2 closets, 2 sinks in the bathroom, a huge shower, confortable king-size beds. Easy check-in, check-out Food was amazing, we were able to eat breakfast, lunch and dinners at 'a la carte' restaurants, haven't tried the buffet myself, but my friends loved it. Restaurant reservations for a group of 9 was a bit complicated, but we were able to eat all together almost every night. Our favorite : Indian. Our least favorite : Mexican. Unfortunately, the beach wasn't nice because of the sargassum, but the hotel did try to clean up most days. Animation and shows were great. Plenty of activities to choose from, we particularly loved the lazy river, the water was fresh and the bar in the middle is a nice touch ;-)

Loved this resort! Bed and pillows weee good. Our butlers Edwar and Angle were the best. They were very attentive and took care of all our needs with a smile.

Wonderful Butlers
This resort is awesome. We had great butler service from Edwar and Angel. They went above and beyond to ensure we had and amazing time. They scheduled all our dinner reservations and made sure we knew how to get to each restaurant.

Great time at Planet Hollywood Cancun
Had lots of fun with Jesus and the staff at a dance party competition at the pool! Benji, a resort supervisor, always filled us in on the daily activities and was so very funny. Out concierge, Daniel, was the best! We got lots of photos taken & Emilio was an awesome photographer! Amelia and Donnie gave us a great water aerobic workout. All the staff was very personable and super friendly!! Food was great! We had a really nice time!!
