Quiet, relaxing paradise
My husband and I just returned from a 7 day trip from Aruba. We stayed at Manchebo for our 25th wedding anniversary and were surprised with a bottle of chilled champagne and a note from the staff in our room. The food is great, the grounds are immaculate and the service you receive while relaxing on the beach is like no other. This was our first trip to Aruba and will not be our last. We will definitely be returning to Manchebo!!!

Best Stay Ever
Manchebo is an outstanding resort! The service from the team throughout the hotel is exceptional! They pay attention to all details: ensure a beach chair is available with shade for everyone (regardless of the time of day), room cleanliness, high quality Aruba aloe amenities, friendly greetings. The managers reception included local artists selling their quality souvenirs/products. This event was well attended by hotel guests.

Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa
My husband & I spent 6 days in Aruba, staying at Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa. The property is beautiful, we booked a garden view room & were surprised with a beachfront room upgrade upon check in. There was a bottle of champagne waiting in the room with a card for our anniversary as well. We dined at The Chophouse the 1st night & it was very good, we shared the beef carpaccio & the seafood pasta. We also dined at the Omakase sushi bar & it was good as well. The couples massage was a highlight of the trip! The free parking is nice as we rented a car for our trip & were able to explore as much as we wanted. We are already trying to decide when to return to Manchebo again! Notable staff include Liz at the bar & Priscilla in housekeeping.

Warm and welcoming
This is my 2nd review of this resort, which we had the pleasure of visiting last year. This year's trip did not disappoint! Andrew could not have been more friendly and welcoming; while waiting for our room to be ready he escorted us to the beach bar where we were treated to free mojitos. As we were celebrating our 25th anniversary, we were also treated to champagne and desserts, which were waiting for us in our room. We had requested the same room as last year, and were granted our request. We love the ocean view, especially at sunset. The beach is perfection: the sand sugary soft and the water turquoise. One thing we noticed is that people have started "reserving" palapas by hanging bags early in the morning; I guess there's no way around that. We had dinner our first night at the resort (Ike's Bistro); a very romantic table and the food (especially the carrot ginger soup) was delicious. We prefer to explore other restaurants so we did not do the all-inclusive option. We also prefer to have our breakfast each morning at Santos coffee down the street. The market across the street is also a great convenience (we bought drinks and snacks there to bring to the beach in the provided cooler). We will absolutely return to Aruba, and would not think of staying anywhere else but Manchebo.
