Top Notch Treatment at Zoetry
We spent the weekend for a wedding at the Zoetry Cabo. It was the most amazing weekend. The staff (especially Javier in the restaurant and Marcus who lead activities for the kids and adults) went over the top to make sure our family was taken care of. Every meal we had was delicious and we never waited long for anything. The rooms were so clean, and beautiful. Laura, the wedding planner was also amazing. Her attention to detail for the bride was extraordinary. The only thing wrong is the trip had to end. Thank you Zoetry for treating up so well! You set the bar pretty high for others to compete with us. We will be back!

First visit - won't be the last!
First time to Zoetry Casa del Mar - won't be the last! We loved life in the desert! Beautiful resort - quite and relaxing. We loved Marcos, the E-team! I loved the daily yoga, overlooking the ocean, on the quiet grassy area. The instructor was a visiting professional. There was NO beach volleyball; pool volleyball; Zumba loud music. NO pounding-beat music all day by the main pool. Food was excellent. Even with only 2 full-service restaurants and 1 lunch bar (besides special lunches and dinners) we never had to eat the same thing - unless we wanted to. Shout out to Alan and Valeria at Saltwater restaurant. Room was spacious and clean. Lots of storage. Arturo and Bryan at the front end were always very helpful and got to know us by name and room number. Can't wait to go back!

Relaxing in Cabo
The resort itself is beautiful. The views are amazing and relaxing. We got the Honeymoon Suite and are now spoiled. The room and view were worth it alone. Everyone is very helpful and anticipates your needs. But Marcos Hernandez was the best. His knowledge of the resort, the different cities in Cabo, and especially Mexican art made our decision making easier. His advice led us to the marina for an amazing walk and tacos, ensured we saw amazing Mexican art during the art walk tour, and motivated us to experience the resort spa. We did many of the poolside activities because of his consistent positive energy. We were never bored because of him. It also helps that he is Pokemon Go fan. We can’t wait to go back!

Understaffing ruined the luxury experience
Beautiful property, but understaffing ruined the luxury experience The resort itself is beautiful, quiet, relaxing, and located in a stunning setting. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and polite, and it is clear they are doing their best. Unfortunately, the property seems severely understaffed, which really diminished the overall experience for what is marketed as a luxury stay. Positives: • Gorgeous, well-maintained property • Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere • Exceptionally friendly staff Negatives: • Understaffing everywhere: Service was consistently slow and disorganized. It seemed like each restaurant and bar only had one or two people running the entire area. • Dining issues: • At Saltwater, no à la carte breakfast menu was offered, and we assumed the buffet was the only option. • During dinner, our waiter dropped off the food and never returned. There were no drink refills or follow-up. • Sushi ordered for 6 p.m. arrived an hour late. • Nachos at Magay Bar were burnt, cold, and soggy. • Eggs Benedict were initially replaced with two sunny-side-up eggs on a tortilla with no salt or pepper. The correct order arrived about 10 minutes later. • Room service mistake: Two hamburger meals were delivered to my room by mistake. • Poolside service: There was only one waiter covering the entire pool and lounge area, so getting drinks took a long time. I often ended up getting my own. Adding table numbers and QR codes for ordering would make this much easier. • Cleanliness and noise: Dirty menus at the Poolside Grill and Arroyo, and loud cleaning staff dragging furniture in the room next to mine, likely because there were not enough people to help lift and move items. Overall, the property and staff have great potential, but the lack of staffing made it feel far from the luxury experience I expected. With proper staffing and better attention to service consistency, this could easily be a five-star resort that is worth the money but for my experience it was not.

Beautiful Resort
We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary at Zoetry. The hotel is nice, clean, and small. The pool gets pretty crowded, but it's still fun with great service. All of the staff were amazing throughout the entire stay. There were a ton of different food options between the two main restaurants and bar. The food was good everywhere we ate. The guacamole at the pool bar was phenomenal! Want to give a shout out to Nelly, Javier, Manual, and Benjamin for the amazing check-in service/getting settled in room. Julia for always checking on our stay and reserving a special dinner in El Arroyo. The servers Daniell, Mesero, Eduardo, and Tony for making the dinner at El Arroyo so great and always checking on us at the other bar during our stay. We reserved a bali bed for most of the week and had incredible service from Fidel. He always remembered our drinks and checked on us constantly, even though it was hot and a far walk for him. Valeria and Alan were very attentive at the Saltwater restaurant. Valeria offered to take our photo and it ended up being the only non-selfie we took the whole week. :) Thank you Valeria, for offering! Thank you to everyone for making the stay so memorable!
