Erik waited on us by the pool several days during our annual girls trip and he was amazing! Such a personable, upbeat guy! Provided top notch service, frequently anticipating our needs. Ask for Erik you won’t regret it!

Amazing pool bar & restaurant service!
Erik at the pool bar was very attentive and personable! We loved hanging out at the pool; good food & good drinks! The activities and water aerobics were fun!

Zoetry Casa Del Mar is paradise!
This was the most beautiful Zoetry resort! My experience was amazing. It started at Checkin with Alturo providing us with the best hospitality. Alberto was attentive to make sure our food and wine was always delicious. We ate at the poolside cafe and in the two restaurants. All were great. We enjoyed the service from Oscar and Juan by the pool. We enjoyed the green omelette for breakfast. The Saltwater restaurant was a beautiful experience. The pm staff and entertainment worked hard to bring their best service to the experience. Valeria and Yarahi deserve recognition. The last evening at Saltwater was a Brazilian dinner with superb entertainment from a singer entertainer called the Cascoli Experience. Every evening we would return to our room with spa music playing . Francesca made our room beautiful and relaxing daily. Lastly the Entertainment team worked tirelessly to keep all the guests happy and smiling. Marcos and Heime deserve credit for their ongoing entertainment like poolside bingo, fitness classes, aromatherapy candle making and just checking on everyone daily. Thank you for this amazing trip.

Best Pool Service
The pool service was amazing!! Erik is the best. So attentive, polite and friendly. He made the pool a total 5 star experience!! Ask for Erik!! He will take good care of you. We had the best time!! We will definitely be back. Such a great time overall.

The entertainment team made the stay! Beware this is not adults only as listed! All food and facilities were nice. They were doing lots of maintenance while we were there, especially by the pool. Overall, it was great, but a few things could use more attention!
