we were accommodated at zoetry between December 2025 and January 2026. We had the greatest luck with Jessica, the person who was always at our disposal and who made our stay perfect. It is one of our favorite resorts from the moment we entered the hotel until we left. The menu diversification should be checked a little and the MOSQUITOES! otherwise everything is perfect.

Amazing week at Zoetry Punta Cana
We just returned home from Zoetry Punta Cana after spending an incredible week there! The resort is stunning with a beautiful beach and several pools right by the ocean. We loved spending our days on the beautiful property with great food and drinks on the beach and by the pool. The food at the restaurants was wonderful at every meal and our room was beautiful and comfortable. Most importantly though, the management and staff at Zoetry were all so kind, welcoming, and attentive. We felt so taken care of throughout our entire stay and especially appreciate how welcome our little baby was. Special thank yous to Alejandro, Sory, Yelin, Leidy, Gabriel, Joel, Alejandra, Marilyn, Carel, and many others who made our stay so memorable. We hope to back back some day! And wholeheartedly recommend Zoetry Punta Cana to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

Lovely retreat!
Such an incredible staff! Everyone went above and beyond to make the experience feel luxurious. So hard working. Many amazing folks to name but Gilberto with the E team was exceptional in ensuring a good time at the nightly entertainment and setting up daily for the yoga instructor. Food was fantastic and the waitstaff was so accommodating!

10 Star rating experience from Carlos and Al
We had the best experience ever, because of Alejandro, and the Entertainment Carlo. They went above what we have never experience in 10 years as members. There service was top tier, they should both be reward for going above what we have never experience. These 2 men was outstanding checking on us daily and sometimes 2x daily. We will come back just because of them in 2026.

Perfect relaxing vacation
Everyone who works there was so welcoming and accommodating! The property is beautifully kept, the rooms spacious and well appointed. There is a wonderful spa and a gym to keep you in shape while you enjoy all the food and drink offerings. What we liked most, however, is the property is small, not crowded, not noisy. Perfecting for getting away from the hustle and bustle and resetting for the New Year.
