  Magical Resort Experience

  My mother and I recently spent a magical week at the resort. The resort and beach are beautiful, the food is amazing, the spa is divine and the activities are wonderful. However the best part of our stay was the wonderful staff, they are friendly, happy, thoughtful, and attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. I am reluctant to name specific staff for fear of missing someone they were all wonderful. However, I must give a special shout out to our Concierge Amada. She was simply amazing, somehow knowing what we needed before we did! She is kind and caring and made us feel safe and comfortable. As female travellers we truly appreciated a female in this role. Every little detail was taken care of and we came home relaxed and restored. Will definitely be back!

  Peaceful, Gentle, Beautiful beach, Wonderful Staff~

  My Wife and I were looking for a truly relaxing peaceful time and that is Exactly why we found at Zoetry. The joy of being on the beach and actually hearing the sound of the Ocean as opposed to the constant thumping of music brought us great joy. Walking the grounds of the place has a very magical feeling. I cannot say enough how gentle this place feels. The staff is so sincerely kind. Some honorable mentions include: Octavio "Exec Chef" Alejandro "Concierge" wait staff "Wilca, Natali, Johanna, Mayra, Rosa, Oliver, Sory and Elizabeth at check out. These are the names We were able to remember but every staff member we came across was warm/kind/helpful if needed.   What a wonderful week in paradise

  Beautiful resort with an outstanding staff. It is exactly as pictured. Clean, well maintained with an emphasis on customer comfort. This is a relatively quiet facility with only 92 accomodations. This is not your place to go if you want a party atmosphere. Food is very good but not outstanding. The location is about an hour from the airport. I would recommend a private ride to the resort. We had to wait quite awhile for our ride to get us out there. I would also bring a very good insect repellent. Though the outdoor areas of the resort are fumigated a couple times a day the tiny mosquitoes/noseums will find you in the evening and early mornings. An anti itch topical is also a good idea. We will definitely be back to visit our new friends - the staff!

  Highly recommend Zoetry

  We had such a phenomenal time at the Zoetry. Our rooms were very comfortable with a large porch where I spent each evening after I got back from the entertainment. The drinks at each bar were craft cocktails and absolutely delicious. We enjoyed our meals, especially the restaurant near the beach where Yaisa, Leidi, Merly, Chamel, Henry, Frank, and Indigo greeted us each day and make sure we had everything we might want. We also enjoyed the spa where we did a yoga class and had complementary treatments. All of our meals were prepared with care, and we also like the thoughtful activities, particularly the circus and the yoga On the beach. The only thing that disappointed us was that the coral Reefs at the beach did not appear suitable for snorkeling as it was too rough. That said, it was lovely to swim at the beach and the lifeguards made sure that we were safe. I highly recommend this resort, especially if you were looking for a more personal and smaller hotel at Punta Cana.

  Friends getaway.

  My wife and I and a small group of friends spent 7 nights here in early November. The atmosphere at this resort is one very much of serenity. It’s a perfect quiet peaceful getaway. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villas and the space was more than adequate for 4 people and well worth the money. We were actually there for their grand re-opening so while there were some hiccups all the staff were quick to attend to an issue we may have had. Alejandro made sure to have us well taken care from the moment we stepped into the resort right up until we got on our shuttle back to the airport. Everything was well cleaned and maintained and all the staff was so friendly. Our group got especially close with the front bartender Joel and the activities organizer Gilbert. I wish I could remember everyone’s name because there truly wasn’t a poor interaction with a single member of staff. Having the multiple restaurants to choose from for dinner was nice as well versus a buffet style dining experienced at some other resorts. The pools were nice as well, we particularly liked the one with the swim up bar. My one concern being I’d like to see better pool access. Stairs for children or elderly need to be added in my opinion.
