The Zel did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The pools and grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The food was delicious, especially Volcan, Nokia and the Beach Club. The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly, warm and encouraging. Many times the staff remembered not only your favourite drink order but also your name. You were always made to feel at home and relaxed in this beautiful resort. A special mention to Ericson who looked after our every need and made sure we were take care of as well as Ricardo at the pool bar and Manuel at the beach club. Maria and Leticia also made our last night at Volcan very special. I would highly recommend this resort

Relaxing Trip
Everything was wonderful! Such a relaxing trip! Gabriel was our pool concierge and he was amazing!! My husband and I were able to unwind and relax, everything was taken care of, food, drinks, and the room was beautiful and clean!

This hotel was the best! I loved the smell from the moment I entered the lobby! Can't wait to go back! Eli, our butler, ws awesome!
