Mr Fish , Priscilla, Happy boy, & Jose Sommelier are all awesome I joined multiple activities and they all were great. From painting a brick & mortar to bike riding and making my own sangria! Just awesome! Highly recommend you come if you want a great all inclusive resort. Zel Punta Cana!!

Food was terrible. Not fresh. Room was dirty when we arrived. Hot tub outside had no hot water. Took 3 requests to fix. Couldn’t even use it because it was disgusting. Clumps of hair and dirt and gunk in the jets. Shower drain was filled with hair upon arrival.

The BEST in Punta Cana!
WOW! What an AMAZING week in Paradise. The Landscaped Grounds are Incredible. The Beach is Spectacular. Both Extremely well cared for. The Food was Excellent and Ambiance was Terrific. Rooms were oversized and spotless. The Customer Service provided by Dhoralix and her people, at all levels, throughout our stay was the Best we have received at any resort. Simply Extraordinary. They genuinely treat you like "Family". WE CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN!

Beautiful hotel with most stunning views and the staff is truly THE BEST! The pool waiter Antero was so nice and always making jokes! A special shout out to Aurora she is fluent in 4 languages and made our stay unforgettable, love her like our family!🩷🩷🩷

Many thanks to those who have contributed to our wonderful experience in our 7 night stay at Zel Punta Cana. Kudos go to the employees, Yuliannys, Genesis, Micaela at the Spa, Jason, Vilguin, Fabian, Yokelvin at the Beach, Leticia, Maria, Rainieri, Arisleidi at the breakfast club Moireni, Reilyn, Lawrence at the Bar. Rafael the Supervisor, Junior the Beach and Vulcan Chef, Daisy, Lore, Clebert and the other Gardeners, Elaine, Christopher, Johanna, Juan the shuttle driver, Anthony, Dominique, and Aurora.
