This was an amazing experience. Delany made scheduling an appointment super easy- we were in touch by email before my arrival and not only was she very responsive, she had great suggestions about treatments. I got to come early and experience their multiple soaking pools, steam room, and sauna (all included in my fee) and was made to feel very welcome. I did a package with a 25 minute body scrub and a 50 minute massage and not only was it an excellent value, both treatments were outstanding. Demeris was both professional and friendly and did incredible work. I was only here for a long weekend, but this experience makes me want to come back with a bunch of friends!

Beyond Expectations – Highly Recommended
I had an exceptional stay at The Westin Playa Bonita. Everything—from the facilities to the service—was truly outstanding. The staff was extremely professional and genuinely kind throughout my entire visit. I want to give special recognition to Genova, Verónica, and María from Starfish, as well as Luis, the supervisor at Tierra y Fuego. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made a real difference. I also want to acknowledge Enrique from the buffet, who consistently provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Great R & R OPTION!
Great stay! Nice beach, comfortable bed, and food was solid. What made me want to return was the extraordinary service of the team at the club level, Lveth, Luisa and William. They are the best of the hotel!

Best experience in Panama
It was excellent, the accommodation, the facilities and the leisure options!!! With special light for the karaoke bar and the responsible there, Jorge!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
