Nov 19, 2025Ocean/Beach completely disappears.
Service Staff is bad. Too many examples to mention, except for one. Walked into Spa one morning and lady did not say a word. We asked about services and lady pushed board across counter. My wife and I looked at each other. We said thanks and not word from lady. Seems like we/guests are more an inconvenience than welcome. Would be nice to know that beach completely disappears due to dramatic tide swings

I had dinner at Asiana at the Westin Playa Bonita and it was such a good experience. The food was fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented, but what really stood out was the service. Our waiter, Jahir, was fantastic. He was attentive without ever feeling intrusive, gave great recommendations and genuinely made the whole evening more enjoyable. If you’re staying at the Westin, Asiana is definitely worth booking. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is great and Jahir’s service took it to another level. I’ll happily come back on my next visit.

Asiana dinner
Amazing staff, very relaxing, easy to get to tourist spots but away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the big city. Ate at Asiana tonight and Jahir Baeco pointed out the top dishes and they did not disappoint. Portions are big so be careful to not over order.

Fantastic spa experience- great value and service!
This was an amazing experience. Delany made scheduling an appointment super easy- we were in touch by email before my arrival and not only was she very responsive, she had great suggestions about treatments. I got to come early and experience their multiple soaking pools, steam room, and sauna (all included in my fee) and was made to feel very welcome. I did a package with a 25 minute body scrub and a 50 minute massage and not only was it an excellent value, both treatments were outstanding. Demeris was both professional and friendly and did incredible work. I was only here for a long weekend, but this experience makes me want to come back with a bunch of friends!
