  Amazing stay!

  What an absolutely amazing stay! We visited the Bahamas as part of our honeymoon, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience. From start to finish, we had the most incredible time, and so much of that was down to the fantastic staff. The staff really made our stay special. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The level of hospitality was exceptional, and it’s the people who really make a hotel memorable. The food & drinks selection was brilliant, with plenty of choice, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We decided to pay extra for a sea-view room, and I can honestly say it was worth every penny! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to that incredible turquoise water every morning was something we’ll never forget. If you’re considering upgrading to a sea-view room, DO IT! 😍 There are just two very minor things worth mentioning. Firstly, the sea-view rooms would really benefit from an additional mirror in the bedroom. Having only one mirror in the bathroom can be a little inconvenient when two people are trying to get ready at the same time. Secondly, the hotel was aware that we were celebrating our honeymoon, and we had requested a little something special in the room to mark the occasion. Unfortunately, this hadn’t been arranged, which was a slight disappointment. However, neither of these things took away from what was otherwise an absolutely fantastic stay. We had the most wonderful experience and left with such lovely memories. The beautiful surroundings, incredible views, fantastic drinks and, most importantly, the amazing staff made our time in the Bahamas truly unforgettable.

  Exceptional customer service

  We had a fantastic stay at Warwick Paradise Island, and what really stood out was the exceptional level of customer service throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff we interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and there was a real sense that the staff enjoyed their jobs and cared about making guests feel comfortable and looked after. The efficiency and organisation of the hotel were equally impressive. Everything was straightforward, well managed and easy to navigate, which made the entire stay incredibly relaxing. Whether it was getting assistance, dining or simply making use of the hotel's facilities, everything ran smoothly without unnecessary delays or complications. The food was another highlight. We were really impressed with both the quality and variety, and the dining experience was consistently enjoyable. The restaurant staff were attentive, friendly and efficient, making every meal a pleasure. Having travelled extensively around the world and previously worked for a luxury tour operator, I've experienced a wide range of hotels and resorts, and I know how much of a difference genuinely good hospitality makes. Warwick absolutely delivered in this regard. What impressed us most was the consistency. Excellent customer service wasn't limited to one or two particularly helpful employees; it was evident across the entire hotel. Every interaction felt positive, and the combination of friendly staff, great food and efficient service made the whole experience effortless. Having also visited Atlantis during our trip, the contrast in customer service was particularly noticeable. Warwick genuinely outperformed Atlantis when it came to hospitality, organisation and making guests feel valued. A huge thank you to the entire Warwick team for making our stay so enjoyable. The staff really are a credit to the hotel, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Warwick Paradise Island to anyone visiting the Bahamas. We would happily return!

  Misrepresented

  So we got to resort We wanted to upgrade and have a balcony room, couldn't be done because they were being renovated. Then, the restaurants were only open Friday and Saturday except for buffet very misleading Food was okay.Seemed to me a lot of things weren't maintained like they should be. Staff was great though. Also its located where all boats and cargo go through not anything like having oceanview. Pool was really nice and enjoyable.But all and we made the best of it

  Warwick

  We really enjoyed our stay at Warwick Paradise Island! One of our favorite things about the resort was its size. It was easy to get around, never felt overcrowded, and had a relaxed atmosphere. The lagoon was also a nice added touch and made the resort feel even more special. The food was good overall, but unfortunately, some of the restaurants were closed during our stay, which limited our dining options. Having all the restaurants open would have made the experience even better. As for the rooms, a stocked minibar would be a great addition. We also would have loved to have a balcony and a small couch or seating area to make the room more comfortable and inviting. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff! A huge shout-out to Brian, Donte, Brenden, Harmoney,Sheryl. and Neko for their excellent service. They helped make our experience memorable, and their friendliness and hospitality really stood out. Overall, we had a great stay and loved the resort’s manageable size, relaxed atmosphere, and wonderful staff. With a few improvements to the rooms and more dining options available, Warwick could be even better!

  Can’t wait!

  My sister in laws and I are coming back in spring 2027, We can’t wait and are super excited to see Bullet, Brendan and Laschelle!!! These two truly made the experience at Warwick, not sure it would be the same without them!
