Jan 25, 2026First Vacation, Best Staff ever!!
This was my first vacation so I don’t have a whole lot to compare it too, but it far surpassed my expectations!! The resort is beautiful, food was good, but the staff absolutely made the experience!! They were so nice, so helpful, and most importantly so fun!! The whole staff was welcoming but the ones who really made my trip were Marco, Theo, Ricardo, Rita, Jaheim, and Carlos!! Thank you for such an amazing week!!

10/10 will always recommend!!
This was my mine and my husband’s 3rd time at Viva fortuna. The main reason we keep coming back is the staff. This time we brought a group of Friends with us who also travel other resorts and they all loved it. The beaches, the drinks, the food and the entertainment were all amazing! Thank you to Carlos, Roberto, Dilis, Daniel, Theo, Marco, Mercedes, Camel, Kelvin, Alice, DJ Panda, the pizza lady, the bar tenders, the waiters, waitresses, and the ones behind the scenes who always had smiles on their faces. You all made our stays so welcoming and fun and we can’t wait to come back again!

Really amazing!!! Beautiful beaches!
We had an amazing time at Viva fortuna! Location was perfect. The atmosphere was amazing, the staff really make this resort amazing. Rooms were perfect, no real complaints on cleanliness. The entertainment crew was amazing! My personal favourites were Carlos, Rita, Roberto, but my most favourite was Theo! Bartenders were outstanding! Knew how to get the party going, remembered my order, my favourite was Jaheim! (We called him new shirt cause he has the orangest shirt at the beach bar!) Marco, also amazing! Helped with anything we needed! Food was really good! Hard to get reservations for the a la cartes but the buffet was just as good! The beach was absolutely stunning! Highly recommend going!

Wonderful week spent at this resort. The beach was amazing. The buffet was good - and the servers were wonderful. Aaliyah stood out - she made sure we felt at home and taken care of. Rooms were good - a little dated. All in all it was everything we hoped it would be.

An amazing time at Viva Fortuna resort.
We had a wonderful time at the resort and it was worth the price. We took a few trips out of the resort which were amazing but we also had a wonderful server to return to in the restaurant by the name of Aaliyah. She was always full of smiles and made it feel like home every time you saw her face. Thank you Aaliyah for making us feel at home. Hope to see you again!
