    Pizzeria under new chef - TERRIBLE!

    My second time at the resort unfortunately the pizzeria isn't the same. Back in April 2024, the chef was amazing the food was spectacular! In October 2025, a new chef came in and the food from the pizza to the pasta are terrible! The chef had an altitude! Very dissatisfied!

    Mooi hotel in een prachtige omgeving

    I've been coming to this hotel for years. The location is beautiful. The food is good, and the people are friendly. What disappoints me is that over the years, there's less and less Latin dancing in the evening after the show. And since this week, a huge iron sound system has suddenly appeared on the once charming placita. The sound from the speakers is ear-damaging. We're seriously wearing earplugs, and even then it's too loud. And that also applies to the disco where you can go after the evening party. For 26 years, we've had the best after-parties here. But this holiday, we always leave after five minutes. The music is so loud. It's such a shame that the wonderful Viva feeling is fading more and more.

    wonderful time

    Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful The place itself is beautiful, very comfortable bbut what truly made our holiday unforgettable were the amazing animators. They created such a fun and warm atmosphere every single day. A very special thank you to Luna, who always brought us smiles and joy!!
