  Fab time

  The resort staff is friendly, rooms are clean, resort is clean. The animation staff was very outgoing and friendly. The bar staff especially Elizabeth, Nordy and Ronnie were sure to make your drinks top notch. Always with a smile and jokes. Always remembering your drink and name. The location is not to far from the airport. The centre of Cabarete is close enough to walk.. roughly 15 minutes. There are my souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets very close to the airport. Some right across the street. You can take taxi, bus or moto for a decent price to the centre of Cabarete. The resort was quiet. The pool is relaxing. Decent amount of shade. The rooms were comfortable. No problem with electricity or air conditioning. It’s nice that they have water fill stations. The room was cleaned daily, the grounds were always kept clean. The eating areas always clean and plenty of food.

  I don't like. I am no coming anymore

  Ants in the toilet. The faucet is leaking in the shower. The internet doesn't work well. We changed the door opening card 3 times.

  My experience

  I really liked the room and the service. The environment gives you the opportunity to relax while enjoying the resort. They could definitely improve their food options, especially in the Mexican restaurant, but the Italian restaurant was just amazing, delicious food and great service. Thanks to all the staff members, especially Patricia, for all the effort they put into making our experience the best possible.

  I have spend a beautiful time with my husband and daughter here a total Of 21 days. It was not only beautiful weather but also a very nice entertainment with all the employees Tanzania - The best Nutella and Yuly

  We stayed for 7 days. Check in was fast. Rooms : Room 2901 .The bathroom just has a stained glass door for the shower and another for the toilet. no privacy. Our AC didn't work. Called and guy came to see and told us to give it time. Later still hadn't changed and the room had lots of little ants. Room 3214. Changed rooms and that one was better, normal bathroom, good AC and no bugs, however the wheel on the bed broke after 4 nights. The beds are double and not queen as advertised. We had a ocean view, which was very nice. Two chairs and table on balcony. Food was good, I had low expectations because of some reviews, but if you aren't super picky it's good. Theres not as much fruit as expected and it's the same ones every day. They have salad, meat, pasta , pizza , vegetables etc. Yogurt section at breakfast. They also have a snack bar open from 11 to 6 that serves burgers , hot dogs and nachos and more. Their desserts are good sometimes they have ice cream but if you want it when it's not at the buffet it's members only. The Mexican and Italian a la carte restaurants were good , you have to make reservations for them but the fusion was terrible. Service was good, friendly staff. Maid sometimes come in the afternoons around 2 though, but does a great job cleaning. We called for extra blankets and recieved them quickly. But another time we called for towels and they came 2 hours later. There are people waiting for you when you come downstairs to try and get you to do a 20 minute thing so they get commissions , they ask a few times. Check out is also very quick , you have a room for luggage and then you can go eat before leaving. Entertainment is amazing. They had shows each night at 9.45 pm that were great. Normally last until 10.40 or so. They do activities at the pool alot. And the viva dance at 9pm. Beach was amazing , big waves. Very enjoyable. No seaweed exept one day. You can walk along the beach and then go onto the main road. Hotel is located near a bunch of shops. There are sellers on the beach who are quite persistent. Booked a tour and the second we came back he asked if we wanted another. Beach is very clean and so is the pool. The hot tub was cold. Overall fun trip . Loved the beach and the entertainment!
