    Ok resort

    The Good: The beach is very nice. Front desk employees are good, rooms are ok. I want to give a shout-out to Elcris at guest service desk and Lilian at the a la carte restaurants are very good. The Bad: Dining room is too small for the numbers of guests at the resort because of that the service is lacking at the buffer restaurant. The service at a la carte restaurants is better. People smoke just about everywhere so you get secondhand smoke. Animation team is not inclusive.

    Moldy unhealthy room

    Service was excellent,beach very good for kytesurfers, big waves, pool big and enough chairs, room was big with a huge terrace, but unfortunately moldy., stayed with my daughter, two twin beds and we thought we had a cold but realised after 5 days that there was mold, water seeped in from the neighbouring room in ours, and our shoes that we took off when we arrived were covered in mould. we were and are still coughing back in montreal. Very unhealthy. If we would have found out before we could have changed rooms but we simply did not expect this. Defenitely ruined part of our trip.

    Our favorite resort

    We love coming to Viva Tangerine. The entertainment & water sports teams are the best of any resort we have ever been to. Yamila, Electric, La Baby, Nutella, Sombra, Black Lion, & Chalaca are great with my son. They always include him in everything. He has the best time dancing and doing the activities with them. The bartenders are also amazing! They make great drinks with and without alcohol. The service & staff at Viva are great! This is by far our favorite resort because of all of the wonderful people here!

    Will not be coming back

    The resort was outdated and not clean, the food sometimes cold and not much of a selection, the entertainment staff was boring and didn't get the crowd moving much....would not stay here again
