  • The 604-room beachfront resort delivers an unforgettable, all-inclusive vacation experience.

Things to Know

  • The Resort offers a wide variety of sports including trapeze and paddle boarding lessons.
  • Featuring an extensive array of day and nighttime diversions, it's the perfect choice for couples, singles, dive enthusiasts or anyone seeking the vacation of a lifetime.
When playtime calls you south of the border, make your way to this resort in Playa del Carmen, where you'll party all night and play all day for an amazing, all-inclusive price.

The resort sits on a beautiful, Mexican, alabaster-sand beach, where the blue stretches so far it's hard to tell where the water ends and the sky begins. The oceanfront pool, with a bubbling Jacuzzi is magnetizing as well. Your kids will love having their own children's pool nearby. The resort doesn't make you play alone, offering organized beach games or water polo. Sailing and windsurfing lessons will challenge the landlubber in you. If your interest involves deeper water, check out the PADI-certified diving center where, for an additional fee, dive pros can take you to the Maya Reef, the second longest barrier reef in the world. Here a colorful world of creatures is just waiting for you and your underwater camera.

Are you one of those stressed-out souls needing a little more than warm sun and cool water to untie your knots? Then the Renova Spa with its sauna and steam bath is just the thing. If you really want to make your vacation memorable, go to the spa's beach cottage, where you can get a Mayan tattoo or Caribbean braids. And what's more romantic than a Couples Moonlight Massage?

After you've built up an appetite with all these activities, you can choose from six restaurants to satisfy your hunger. Portofino offers Mediterranean dinners, while Hacienda Don Diego is the place to get authentic Mexican fare. The all-inclusive rate also includes dining privileges at two restaurants at the hotel's sister property.

The fun doesn't end after dinner. Nightly entertainment, themed parties and an onsite discotheque means you'll be rocking long into the evening. The resort has a covered theater that seats 600 people, so evening entertainment isn't crowded. This vacation is definitely one for your inner child.

    Wonderful

We were welcomed and checked in very fast. Employees are always happy to help. The crew at animation is just wonderful. We had so much fun. We loved it. The shows and the animation were spectacular and they were close to people so we all felt like family. We love the theme song and the dance, still signing it even though we are back home. Thank you so much 😊

Great room and lay out of hotel - but terrible buffet restaurant. Sheets were not changed...

First the positive... The rooms are really spacious and the beds are comfy - not too hard and not too soft. The buffet served a really nice breakfast with a good selection of choices, incl fruit and various types of bread. The egg station was fine. Lunch and dinner were nothing special. Food was just ok and the samme every day. Evening entertainment seemed fun and stopped at around 10.30 pm. The entertainment team by the pool during the day seemed popular. There are plenty of sunloungers on the beach under the palm trees that give adequate shade. The italian restaurant had the best ambiance of all the restaurants as it is located in a palm covered hut over the pool snack restaurant. The buffet restaurant is a disaster of noise - the room is huge, extremely hot with only fans to cool it down and there is nowhere to eat outdoors, only a tiny terrace reserved for the Club members. This tiny terrace was always empty - the hotel should make outdoor tables available for everyone. The bed sheets had the same stains for our entire 11 day stay - not nice If not for the terrible buffet restaurant we would have given 5 stars

Save yourself and take a cruise!!

Save your money and take a cruise! No AC in the main dining area and the food is terrible! Went to put milk in my ceral and it was warm! Even the "Mexican" food is below average! Thin guac, thin cheese sauce, thin sour cream. Ketchup was thinned downed as well. Cheeseburgers and hot dogs at snack bar horrible. Best meals we had were in Playa del carmen. AC was tough to get working in rooms. No elevators for 3 story building. Watched elderly people have to walk 3 flights of stairs!! Adult pool was filthy. Edges had stains and rust and it had leafs in it. Looks like no one takes even a skimmer to it. Wrist bands color determine level of service! All inclusive?!? Sit down restaurants are like pulling teeth to get reservations and they are average to bad at best. Beach ok.

    You won’t regret visiting here.

This was my first trip to Mexico we went as a girls trip. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the beach is pristine! This place is spotless!!! I’m a clean freak and it was so clean I was shocked! It rained one day and they were mopping the sidewalks, using the squeegee to get water off the walk ways also using towels to dry the sidewalks and railings! Leave your room for 20 min you come back and it’s tidied up! I had an amazing experience with the service from everyone even though a high percentage of the staff aren’t fluent in English they will make sure that they get someone to understand you or google translate was my best friend! Shout out to CARLOS the kitchen manager he went above and beyond for my food allergies, that was my biggest concern traveling internationally! He went as far as cooking me food especially for me! I felt like a princess there! I also loved the fact you could take a ferry to Cozumel, you can literally see it across the ocean! I didn’t get to experience it but I enquired and it was $10 USD. I was super concerned with pesos, but honestly bringing USD is sufficient here! I don’t drink so I can’t vouch for that part! The nightly entertainment is pretty redundant. I love the fact they have an adult pool, but the railing is in a weird place making hard to get in and out of that’s needs fixed asap! It’s a falling hazard, I seen two different elderly women fall getting and out of the adult pool. The main pool has easy Acsess to get in and out of though, it’s just much more lively than the adult pool. Now the not so good. The buffet food wasn’t that great. I think breakfast was the best meal on the buffet. Now the one night they had Mexican night it was pretty good. The restaurants on the resort are very good! If you have mobility issues it is hard to get around here they also don’t tell you the Italian restaurant is up a lot of stairs with no elevator and no bathroom!!! Now with all that being said I would definitely go back again! I felt very safe here and welcomed as a tourist! They are very respectful and will assist you any way they can to make your stay comfortable! They also have a Facebook page that is very helpful in any questions you may have!!!! P. s. Our beds were so comfy!!!!
