Fine vacation
I am still here on my vacation day 3 ..it is a nice beach but be aware that there are many sand bags and a cliff as there must have been a storm recently that did alot of damage to the beach. You can still swim fine. They have a members only section in the Beach and in the restaurants. Once my son moved our regular chair in the main bed area between water and members section and was asked to move but when others did it no one ever asked them to move. And when in the restaurants, they take a long time to reset the tables so when you're at the buffet sometimes no where to sit..many dirty tables not being clean. Even members only tables have no one there but you can't sit there. Same at the beach. No one there but can't go near it can't go in front of it. Service takes long time at the a la cart restaurant (bamboo) havnt tried the others yet. A la cart restaurants are first come first served. No reservation At the buffet I really appreciated when I saw the chef stop someone who wanted to mix serving spoons with another dish. Being vegan or anyone with an allergy would not appreciate fish or meat in their vegetarian dish. We are vegan and they have plenty to eat for us and non diary milk. Amazing! They have a little cafe like Starbux here it is fantastic! Lattes and frappes Excursions are very expensive! No water bottles in your room or anywhere. They have self serve water refill stations. Mini fridge in room does not get refilled. Many vendors on the beach offering everything . There is a sister hotel you can use but it is not next door it is 4 hotels over Lots of kids very family friendly The pool restaurant is great they're always open when the main restaurants are not. Even all night. They made us a special vegan pizza it was delicious This hotel doesn't have the loud entertainment by the pool in the afternoon which is nice. It's peaceful

Manuel and Juan were amazing!!! Very proactive and attentive. Made our experience that much better!! The food was excellent, pork belly was delicious, and the dumplings were awesome! We also had “tequila boom boom” shots which we ended our meal with…they were great!

Nice hotel with a great beach.
Travelled together with my mom. That was my third trip to Mexico, and it was a nice experience. The Biggest Plus: The beach was amazing. The white sand and clear water were such a treat compared to the places I’ve visited before, which had lots of seaweed and terrible seabeds. It was a pleasant change. There were plenty of chairs available on the beach. Even though some tourists would reserve chairs by leaving towels on them and disappearing for the day, there were still enough for everyone. Hotel Property: The hotel grounds were clean and well-maintained. Food: The food was okay. I wouldn’t call it extraordinary, but there was enough variety, and most dishes were pretty tasty. They were diligent about restocking dishes when needed. My only regret was that I only saw shrimp on the menu once. Room: Initially, we were given a room on the first floor, but it had an unbearable mold smell. I requested a replacement, and the nice lady at the reception offered us a room on the third floor, which was great. The new room was clean, smelled fine, and everything was in good condition. Entertainment: I’m not a big fan of shows, but I attended one and thought it was decent. There was a disco every evening, which was fun. As for entertainment by the pool, I can’t say much since I spent most of my time playing volleyball. Customer Service: Bartenders/Waiters were very nice and hardworking. When my friends came to pick me up from the hotel, the management provided me with a QR code so they could enter the property. Communication was excellent. I'm definitely recommending this hotel.
