Thank you.
Daniel, Luis, Enrique, and Mario are absolute standouts among the guest accommodation staff. Their bubbly personalities and genuine warmth make a huge difference in the guest experience. Whether they’re playing games with families or simply striking up a heartfelt conversation with someone, they have a natural way of making everyone feel welcome and at ease. Thanks to them, guests don’t just stay at the resort, they truly enjoy every moment of it.

Wonderful place! First resort I want to come back to
Incredible location! Not too busy, great price. No overly loud crowds. Great spot to vacation with family. There are splash pads for young kids, lazy river for middle, and adult pools for older. Rooms are very clean, staff are exceptional! Major shout out to the pool entertainment staff, Daniel Luis and Mario Enrique were exceptional. Super funny and very interactive. Made the whole experience incredible! Luis, Nancy and Jessica (host) were absolutely lovely at breakfast. Definetly recommend them! Dinners were great, not too busy. Wait staff were very attentive. Party stops around 11.00 meaning minimal noise. Perfect for those looking to avoid party crowds and looking for relaxation. This is the first resort I would visit multiple times, such a lovely vacation.

Relaxing and beautiful resort!!
This resort was a beautiful, quiet, relaxing oasis between Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Jose!! We brought our family (grown kids and their significant others) and the all-inclusive was the way to go for a group. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everyone has what they need. We highly recommend the San Jose art walk on Thursday nights, super fun! A special shout out to Daniel, Carla and Luis, who ran the activities, they were all super fun! Alma in pool service was AMAZING!! She took care of all of us every day, so thank you Alma!! It was one of the cleaner resorts we've been to in Cabo and the food options were really good also, highly recommend!!!

Traveler beware
I stayed at the resort with some family members who are "elite" level time share owners. We stayed in an ultra deluxe room. I would not return here to stay although there are quite a few pluses. First the good. The resort is beautiful and as we experienced it, very clean. The pools are great and our deluxe room with a huge deck was spectacular. We enjoyed our spa services, and some of the staff, such as Mario on the fitness staff were great. The way we were treated upon our arrival - and how our owner hosts (again, supposedly "elite" members) were treated throughout was unacceptable. We arrived in the late afternoon and were directed to a room for check in. At least an hour and a half later, we were still in said check in, with staff dangling things but not following through, such as introducing our hosts to the butler that came with their reservation, or giving us vouchers for the activities we paid for in advance, or mostly importantly, taking us up to our room so we could get ready for our dinner reservations. What they were doing was the hard sell to our hosts, trying to get them to attend another presentation and dangling coupons and drinks tickets as incentives. Finally they realized they were not going to say yes and they took us to our room. The next few days were full of lack of contact from said butler, lackluster help with making reservations for activities, just general indifference from the staff - not at all what our host/owners were led to believe they could expect. It was disappointing and frustrating for them. A couple of us mused that maybe they were being "punished" for saying no to the presentation. The food here is mediocre at best and you don't have easy access to other options. The Italian restaurant is actually bad, the steakhouse and Mexican better, but way overpriced for what you're getting in terms of quality. The resort is cheap in terms of basic amenities, such as coffee, which they don't refill - or the fact that we had a dishwasher and a washing machine but they would only part with one pod at a time. One of the folks with us was particularly disturbed by lack of access to filtered water. Overall, the beauty of the resort helps, but the management seems to be focused on upselling rather than providing service. Disappointing.
