I want to give a big thank-you to our room keeper, Adriana Alvarado. Her customer service was amazing—she was always on top of everything and made sure our room was perfect every day. Truly one of the best room service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Adriana! Room was clean and very beautiful vibes . Will definitely come back again and stay here

A nice resort to stay
We come every year to this resort that we love a lot, we brang our grand daugther and this time she enjoyed paddle boarding with Ian, we also enjoyed the Mexican Night with Mar, Charlie and Dj Salvador. I recommend and appreciate to much Belen and the Levi service.

This was the best experience and vacation thanks to Ian and Mar
Ian and Mar were so much fun and they were SO helpful and patient with every activity. They made the Mexican fiesta night so fun and inclusive for everyone. Ian taught me how to paddleboard despite the fact I’ve never been able to.

Perfect
Malena and Martin were outstanding helping with everything the accommodations were perfect. Check-in was so easy. Lizbeth did an outstanding job with the social events. I definitely would recommend coming here. They treat you like family

Very kid friendly hotel only concerned was the front desk hiccup that we had with my 79 year old mother we are frequent visitors every year with the family of 30 plus people first time having this type of experience at front desk needs a little work. Servers around the pool are great always have been Yeraldiin and David always do a great job taking care of us making sure we are attended and making sure that we have a great experience around that area hopefully return next year and take a bigger family really recommend this hotel for kids close to shopping center not that far away from the boardwalk
