Nov 26, 2025Great restaurant and poolside staff!
My family stayed here for a destination wedding in October. Our first impression was the lobby being renovated which was noisy and messy however, renovations do need to be done. The front desk staff were meh! It took over 20 minutes for them to check us in and then our room key didn’t work. Aside from the front desk/lobby impressions being not so great, the rest of our stay was fabulous!!!! The restaurant staff, bar/poolside were ABSOLUTELY above and beyond. I would go back just to be served by Enrique! Top Notch Service!

Excellent resort located within walking distance of Bucerias. The premises are well cared for with beautiful ambience. Rooms have balconies with great views of the pool and ocean and are well appointed with kitchens, furnishings, a comfortable bed and are very clean. Service throughout the Resort was excellent! The Members Concierge team are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Lucy took care of us for the Members welcome, Bertha assisted us with any questions regarding grocery stores, transportation, restaurants etc. On the day we were to fly back home our flight was cancelled. Lucia took care of us and was able to secure us a room for another night. All three ladies were so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for an amazing two week vacation we really enjoyed our stay at Villa del Palmar Flamingos and look forward to returning!

Amazing place to stay!
The location itself is absolutely beautiful but the kindness, helpfulness and overall positive nature of the staff makes the stay one the best I've experienced. Huge thank you to everyone who was a part of making the trip so memorable

Great pool service
Reggie was so helpful during her stay. He was always at our side to help anyway that we needed and we sincerely appreciate everything he did for our family.

The most relaxing vacation of all. We enjoyed hanging out at the resort with the entertainment staff. Max, Gabby, Michel
We had a very relaxing vacation- just what we needed. We hung out at the resort a lot, playing at the pool and ocean and entertainment staff
