If you are planning on coming to Puerto Vallarta the only way to do it right is by staying at the Flamingo. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful and the bang for your buck isn’t even a question. The resort is in a prime location with about a 20 minute beach or trail walk to Bucerías with endless restaurant and bar options. The housekeeping staff are lovely people and keep the resort and its rooms immaculate. There’s lots of fun to be had but also endless options for relaxation as the resort has a very respectful and peaceful atmosphere with multiple restaurants on the property for you to choose from when it comes to the evening. Tere, Gaby, Bri, Edgar, and Ingrid especially are all amazing people that keep the energy alive so you don’t have to venture far for fun. Thank you so much for giving me the best time I could have ever imagined. I have absolutely no regrets staying here. The property is stunning and the staff are absolutely above and beyond. See you again Flamingo!!!!!! P.s. If you have children there’s a FREE kids club that your children will love, so you can have time to relax oceanside or poolside, or let loose and enjoy your day! Villa del Palmar Flamingos
Wanted to say how much we appreciated Lucy who works at the front desk . She always greeted us with a big smile and a friendly hello. We stayed for 4 weeks and throughout that time Lucy helped us numerous times and always seemed interested in what we needed and was happy to help us.

Carlito the best
This is the 20th time that we’ve been to this resort and we always enjoy all the service of all the amazing people that we have here. One of my favorite things of my vacation is every morning waking up to Edgar rooster call. I enjoyed the Mexican lottery with Ingrid. I love the water aerobics with Gabby and and I love Brianna smile from the entertainment team. Recommend this hotel for the amazing service. They also have good waiters, good food and added of entertainment.

Wonderful stay, fantastic weather and friendly staff!
Loved our stay as always. A special shoutout goes to Iris, who always greets us with a big smile and a warm hug. An equally special shoutout goes to the Elite Concierge staff - Mary, Mitzie, Gemma, Edie and now Jocelyn. They all helped us with our questions and gave us good advice. It’s wonderful to see them every year! They are so helpful! See you next January!
