I love this resort. The guys entertainment team are amazing. Gabby is awesome in the black jack, Briana is great playing volleyball and Edgar is the best in the water aerobics. Thanks you, also, Ingrid and Teresita. Thanks you for everything

Always a great time- the staff makes it perfecto!
From the minute we arrived and were greeted with “Welcome Home” until our last day we were treated like royalty. Our Bellmen Antonio and Luis were a wealth of information when it came to dining out. Our Concierge Luis was helpful in making our reservations for the two weeks we were there. Our waitstaff at El Patron for breakfast every morning were attentive to our every need, especially filling our coffee cups from the second we sat down! Our thanks to Elizabeth, Roman, Ernesto, Edwardo, Angel, Luis, and Pepe for great service and even a “Have a safe trip” cake on our last morning. Mucho gusto! I certainly don’t want to forget our professional omelet maker, Gilberto! My only problem is that now that I’m home I wish he was here making that beautiful omelet every morning. Thanks again to everyone. See you next year! Rosa y Juan😀

Great hospitality
Food was great, staff was friendly and extremely helpful as it was my first time at this resort
