Wanted to say how much we appreciated Lucy who works at the front desk . She always greeted us with a big smile and a friendly hello. We stayed for 4 weeks and throughout that time Lucy helped us numerous times and always seemed interested in what we needed and was happy to help us.

Carlito the best
This is the 20th time that we’ve been to this resort and we always enjoy all the service of all the amazing people that we have here. One of my favorite things of my vacation is every morning waking up to Edgar rooster call. I enjoyed the Mexican lottery with Ingrid. I love the water aerobics with Gabby and and I love Brianna smile from the entertainment team. Recommend this hotel for the amazing service. They also have good waiters, good food and added of entertainment.

Wonderful stay, fantastic weather and friendly staff!
Loved our stay as always. A special shoutout goes to Iris, who always greets us with a big smile and a warm hug. An equally special shoutout goes to the Elite Concierge staff - Mary, Mitzie, Gemma, Edie and now Jocelyn. They all helped us with our questions and gave us good advice. It’s wonderful to see them every year! They are so helpful! See you next January!

It is always a good experience staying at VDP Flamingos. Have been going there for many years. It truly is the people that work there that makes each stay very enjoyable. This year Antonio met us at the door like he has for for the past 15 years with a big smile and hugs, he is a great ambassador for VDP Flamingos. During our stay we enjoyed talking with Edgar and his his activity staff; Ingrid, Bri, and Gaby. I have never seen so many people participate in the morning aerobics class in the pool. A testament to their eagerness to get people involved and loosen up! We did have a room issue when arriving for our 3 week stay and a billing problem from the pool area. Beth at the front desk very knowledgeable and sympathetic to my problems. She quickly and efficiently resolved the issues. My only compliant would be the price for a full breakfast buffet. $50.00 US seems pretty high. One and done on that! A person could attend a theme night buffet dinner for a similar price. Attending a theme night, you at least have entertainment.
