Everything about my stay has been absolutely excellent. The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and every detail made the experience feel special. A special thank you to the Kids Club team — Leslie and the entire staff truly went above and beyond to make our time here unforgettable. Edgar also exceeded all expectations with his kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests. Gaby , Ingrid, Tere and Bri were also extremely helpful! Their dedication and warmth made my stay not just enjoyable, but truly memorable. I can’t wait to come back!

11/10 Vacation
If you are planning on coming to Puerto Vallarta the only way to do it right is by staying at the Flamingo. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful and the bang for your buck isn’t even a question. The resort is in a prime location with about a 20 minute beach or trail walk to Bucerías with endless restaurant and bar options. The housekeeping staff are lovely people and keep the resort and its rooms immaculate. There’s lots of fun to be had but also endless options for relaxation as the resort has a very respectful and peaceful atmosphere with multiple restaurants on the property for you to choose from when it comes to the evening. Tere, Gaby, Bri, Edgar, and Ingrid especially are all amazing people that keep the energy alive so you don’t have to venture far for fun. Thank you so much for giving me the best time I could have ever imagined. I have absolutely no regrets staying here. The property is stunning and the staff are absolutely above and beyond. See you again Flamingo!!!!!! P.s. If you have children there’s a FREE kids club that your children will love, so you can have time to relax oceanside or poolside, or let loose and enjoy your day! Villa del Palmar Flamingos
Wanted to say how much we appreciated Lucy who works at the front desk . She always greeted us with a big smile and a friendly hello. We stayed for 4 weeks and throughout that time Lucy helped us numerous times and always seemed interested in what we needed and was happy to help us.
