Ingrid at check was amazing! Lucy, always nice. Regee at pool so very helpful. Room was perfection! Everyone and everything was perfect except for breakfast prices. They had doubled the prices for an American Breakfast at El Patron to $30.00 USD.!!!

Recommend a hotel
Had amazing time in this resort in the water rabbits with Edgar Zumba with Brianna, Gabby and Ingrid. They are so great. Recommend the hotel because of this amazing people they have different varieties of activities to do here for all types of family. Can’t wait to come back.

Great experience
I enjoy this resort thank you to Edgar for always being there in beach volleyball and doing several activities for us. I also want to think that the rest of the entertainment team, Gaby, Brianna, and Ingrid for doing bingo water aerobics and more activities. I recommend this hotel to all different types of families. They also have entertainment such as Mexican show Michael Jackson Fire show karaoke and more. They also have a very nice kids club and they have two amazing girls, Leslie and Araceli recommend this hotel 10 out of 10

Thanks you entertainment team
First time here in this resort and they have several pools for all the families they have one entertainment pool, which is where they do water volleyball, and water aerobics. They also have beach volleyball, blackjack, Texas golden and more activities. We love the entertainment team because they are high energy, Edgar Briana Gabby, and Ingrid. recommend this hotel. hey big shadow always to the entertainment team please come and say hi to all this great people.

Great place for all families.
The best place ever I have vacation I love the resort. I love the entertainment team thank you you to Edgar, Brianna, Gabby and Ingrid for giving us the best service. I recommend this hotel because they also have a lot of different entertainment. Shows such as Michael Jackson show they have a Mexican night and they have a lot of realities of night entertainment. The waiter Kristobal is also a great person and gave us a good service. They also have a kids club with different area such as a theater inside and also they have video games for all the kids. recommend this 10 out of 10. We will come back soon.
