We had an amazing room right on the water. The food is good and the pool is nice. The activity staff was awesome and my son enjoyed playing black jack every day. We do not do the all inclusive and spent about $600 for the week, but also went to la comer for groceries. Ubers are cheap there so we Ubered. It’s far from PV so if you’re looking for a city vibe I would stay closer to town.

Hilda was an exceptional massage therapist and collegian facial provider. The facility was first class all the way. The rain shower, cedar sauna and wet sauna, hot tub and cold plunge really did the trick. Our attendant Lilly was also amazing! It was an awesome experience and I will return when I visit again in November!

Lemons to lemonade
Our vacation started with some glitches, all involving our room…. After one night we notified our concierge Bertha, which passed on the grievances to Iris Luna… Together with the front desk staff, we were given a choice of new rooms and many apologies…. Iris and Bertha, as well as the rest of the staff, continued to make sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves for the remainder of our vacation… Thanks to the bellboys (Antonio, Luis, Waldo, and others) for always greeting us and asking if there was anything we needed…. Also would like to mention the staff at La Casona Restaurant in La Estancia…. Daniela the hostess, the other waitresses and waiters, manager, for making our breakfast always a pleasure… Thank you again to everyone…!!!!

Wonderful staff and best place to stay
A great time again this year with some wonderful staff that are just like family always caring and helpful to everyone just a few photos and a extra large thank you to Iris Luna for her wonderful personality and everything she does for us see you all soon this is definitely the best place to spend a vacation and relax for the winter

Amazing food
The staff was extremely friendly and wonderful and accommodating. And the food was spectacular. They treated us like we were family. The whole experience was wonder. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough. My family and I will be back.
