I want to warn everyone about my horrible experience with Villa del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort & Spa—stay far away! It all started at the Puerto Vallarta airport, where salespeople pose as helpful cab coordinators. They lure you in by offering a cab ride for just $35 USD, but that's the bait. Immediately, they pivot to pitching a $389 "show and dinner" package. If you say no, they drop it to $189, making it sound like a steal—but here's the catch: to get the deal (and sometimes even the cab), you must attend a grueling, high-pressure timeshare sales presentation at the resort. These sessions can drag on for hours, far beyond the promised 90 minutes, with aggressive tactics, outright lies about costs, benefits, and investments, and misrepresentations that aren't backed by the contract. Once you're there, the nightmare continues. The resort often uses bait-and-switch tactics, like overbooking and downgrading rooms without fair compensation, subpar food at buffets, and incompetent staff who provide wrong information. Sales reps harass you daily with calls, and if you buy in, you're stuck with escalating fees, no real resale value, and poor customer service that ignores complaints. Even non-owners face ongoing scams, like fake trade-ins or upfront resale fees that go nowhere. The facilities might look nice on the surface, but the deceptive practices ruin everything—I've seen countless similar stories from other travelers. Don't fall for it like I did. Book elsewhere in Riviera Nayarit for a stress-free vacation!

Gaby, Ingrid, Bri, Mar, Edgar - the Entertainment Staff lead by Johann keeps us hopping (Zumba, water excercise ) and thoroughly entertained (Blackjack, Texas Holdem, Bingo) just to name a few that we partake with ❣️🤗

The best staff in PV!
The staff at Villa del Palmar Flamingos are the best! Adauto and Maria in the lobby bar are two of a kind! We can’t wait to see them and the rest of the staff in 2026!

An amazing holiday at Villa del Palmar Flamingos
Our time at Villa Del Palmar couldn't have been better, the room was great, the food was amazing and the staff were caring. The entertainment staff stood out because of their joy in the work they do. They take the time to know you, to entertain you and to make sure that all your needs are met. Edgar always made sure we felt welcomed, entertained, and made us laugh. We wanted to participate in all programs that Edgar was leading. Briana, Gabriela, Ingrid, and Max also brought delight to the programs at Villa del Palmar. From Tequila tasting to bingo there is something for everyone to do each hour of the day. I would recommend staying for a week or months here.

Amazing view in this amazing hotel.
The Staffler are amazing. I wanna think the entertainment staff for giving us a great service thank you Edgar for for letting us participate in our Loteria Mexicana. I also wanna thank Brianna because she was amazing in the bingo. I also wanna think the rest of the entertainment staff, Ingrid and Gabby The waiter service was also amazing. The waiter Christoval gave me a wonderful service. Also I recommend this hotel to all different types of family 100 out of 100.
