Awesome week with great food, great drinks and outstanding service!!
We had a great experience overall! Food was great, the cold drinks went down well. But the people and service were truly outstanding! Thank you Miguel, our butler, for taking such good care of us. Hard to believe you are new at this! Especially the Chef’s dinner on our patio was awesome! The food was great and the service was on point! And the view was unbelievable! Thank you Marcos, our pool waiter for taking such good care of us!! Always had our drinks on time, great food! And you even do the job of the pool concierge (sorry Regee, but you didn’t take good care of us!). Roberto in the spa was very attentive as well!

Exceptional service
Cap, Manuel, Raul, Julio, Cesar & Luz were amazing. We had an amazing experience La Trattoria restaurant. They were top of class waiters. We were treated well.

Family vacation
Great experience, and Reggie was excellent! He helped us out so much ! He brought out drinks on time and we had a great time at the pool
