We had the best vacation in Nuevo Puerto Vallarta Flamingos hotel! Beautiful hotel, excellent food, top notch service by most stuff specially by Ernesto from the Mexican restaurant breakfast buffet. He made us feel super special every day while we were there. Josefina our housekeeper is the sweetest and her job was impeccable. Araceli was our server almost every evening for dinner time. She was also the sweetest, always so attentive, she made us feel so welcome! The Ice cream lady was also super kind. All these workers and others made our stay at Flamingos extra special! They all went extra miles to accommodate our needs. We felt like VIP guests! Thank you for putting a smile on us everyday and making us feel like it was even better then home! Can’t wait to be back! Dania, Luke and the girls!!! 🫶🏼

Great experience with La Trattoria and Aldo
We really appreciate the service from Mr Aldo. Best experience with him in the restaurant la trattoria. The dishes and beverages were really good.

Perfect visit after two-year break...
Just returned from a 34-day visit and it was amazing and relaxing. Got to see old friends and make new ones, to include staff members. The staff is great considering the tremendous job they and have and the number of visitors they deal with. The Patron staff is top notch. Brenda, Gil (the Omelet Guy), Martin, Pepe, Ernesto, Anai, Roman, Jael, Angel, Javier, Laura, Elisabeth, Cielo, Enrique, Santiago, Karla, Carolina, Alejandra, Ale, and Michelle provided outstanding service the entire time. Marisol is the best bartender ever. Generally, I don't do all inclusive, but I did this trip and I must say it was worth it. For trips and excursions advice there are none better than Carlos and Lupita for booking. Lucy is a very attentive and knowledgeable concierge and always has a smile. The grounds keepers and pool maintenance personnel do an awesome job keeping things looking good and functioning. My overall perception is that the resort staff love what they do and it shows. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to this area.

We have stayed here a few times. We had a couple of hiccups this time. A friend was stuck in the elevator off the lobby for about 30 minutes. We had an issue with one of the membership presenters. However, the rest of the stay was fantastic. The ladies in the Elite concierge office were very helpful. Reggie, the pool concierge, is top notch. Our servers around the pool, Miguel, Juan, and Alex, were outstanding.

Always the best stay here!
