Always a great trip to VDP Flamingos. Special thanks to: Reggie the pool concierge Miguel, Caesar, and Angel the butlers. Alejandro, Jorge, Conrad, Fernando around the pool. Cesar, Oscar, Rafael, and Enrique at El Patron. Jennifer the room attendant. Gemma and Mary at the Elite desk. Alberto, luis, Eduardo and Antonio the bellman. Lastly Alex the pool server and Miguel the butler who are the main reasons we keep coming back. The staff at VDP feel like family. We are so grateful to have a home away from home.

Wonderful resort! Great staff, customer focused, friendly. Clean and well maintained.
The staff at this resort are patient, professional and customer focused. In particular, we want to mention Julio Soto and Erick Castillo; both of these individuals are very customer focused and when we wanted to change rooms, Erick was right on it; gave us a great room, wonderful views, very pleased. Even though we did want to see a presentation, Julio was polite, engaging, and friendly. He did to try to push into the presentation or hammer us. Stayed friendly and informative when we had questions about the resort in general.

BINGO!
Michelle at Flamingos was so sweet and kind. She lead all activities at the resort with energy. Bingo with her was especially great! She took the time to get to know each of us and was warm and welcoming.
