Amazing family vacation. The staff is beyond kind,thoughtful and made our stay exceptional!! Hortensia is a be and beyond a beautiful person...So thoughtful and accommodating..Gabriel so helpful. Waiters David and Beren his co worker Roman,Oscar,Alexahondra,Elizabeth,Michelle,every single waiter,server was beyond. Each meal was delicious .the entertainment,the musician were fabulous!! Maria and Marisol in the lobby bar were the BEST. We can't wait for our next visit . I can't say enough..all of these beautiful people and their beautiful culture made our trip amazing!! We've been coming for several years and always love our time!! Thank you to everyone and to those I have accidentally forgot .love you ALL ..

Maria and Adauto are the bartenders at the flamingo lobby bar. They made us feel welcome and appreciated all the days we were here. We’re staying at La Estancia but we kept coming to the Flamingo for their excellent customer service skills. Always so welcoming and very sincere. Both are an asset as they work together so well and are always attentive to all of the guests drink order. It was my first time here and it is refreshing to still see sincerity and care go into their work. It was our honeymoon and made it a memorable moment.

Water aerobics & Zumba
We have been members of the “ Villa Group” since 1986!! The atmosphere, the service and the amenities did not disappoint!!! We come 2xs a year! I always do water aerobics at 12:00! This year, I had the pleasure of enjoying BRIANNA’S water aerobics as well as her Zumba class! Brianna is very sweet and tapers her classes to her participants!

Great service!
Miguel was amazing! He took very good care of our family and made sure we always had something to drink and eat! Miguel definitely made our experience memorable. Remembering everyone’s favorite food and drink and doing whatever he could to make us happy. He even greeted my daughter with a Shirley temple as she got out of the ocean! Juan served us one day because we sat in another area of the pool that day and he was great too!

Great staff
Always a great trip to VDP Flamingos. Special thanks to: Reggie the pool concierge Miguel, Caesar, and Angel the butlers. Alejandro, Jorge, Conrad, Fernando around the pool. Cesar, Oscar, Rafael, and Enrique at El Patron. Jennifer the room attendant. Gemma and Mary at the Elite desk. Alberto, luis, Eduardo and Antonio the bellman. Lastly Alex the pool server and Miguel the butler who are the main reasons we keep coming back. The staff at VDP feel like family. We are so grateful to have a home away from home.
