Just finished a great, relaxing week at VDP. Dined at all of the restaurants and had good food and service all around. Leydi at Casona, by far our favorite restaurant at VDP, was particularly friendly and recognized us from previous visits. Zama lunch used to be our favorite but things there seemed a little less "wow." I wish Legends was a little less noisy but the food was good and it is a sports themed restarant so...... I spent every day at the pool and have to mention the pool guys Arad and Kevin. They had our chairs ready and waiting every morning. They were friendly and easy to strike up a conversation about the resort, the weather, and Cancun generally. Housekeeping was excellent and grounds are perfectly maintained. We prefer the tropical garden feel to the concrete expanses that some other resorts have.

Another great family vacation at Villa Del Palmar
Had another great family vacation at Villa Del Palmar. Thank you to all the staff who is always so attentive. Special shout out to our pool concierges Arad and Angel, Adrian at the spa, and the lovely women who came to do turn down service in our rooms every night. It was also great to see Luis Romo again!

Diane was just outstanding
Staying in 2809B. The Starbucks crew was exceptional. Customer service excellent. Diane in particular was professional, extremely helpful and patient with my wife’s lack of Spanish. We could tell she is not only a great asset to the Starbucks organization, but most importantly, a good person.

Great customer service
We had a wonderful stay at Villa del Palmar Cancun! Although we experienced a small issue with other guests on our first night, the staff handled the situation with professionalism, excellent communication, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our stay was enjoyable and that our entire family, including the children, felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank-you to Alexis and the entire Villa del Palmar team for their friendliness, patience, and outstanding hospitality. Their attentiveness truly made a difference and turned our experience into a memorable one. We were a group of 30, and the accommodations were fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy their vacation. The resort itself was beautiful, and the level of service we received made the experience even better. I would highly recommend Villa del Palmar Cancun to families and larger groups looking for a welcoming, family-friendly resort with excellent service. Despite a small hiccup on the first night, the staff made sure we felt valued and cared for throughout our stay. Truly a five-star experience, and we would absolutely love to come back again!
