Nov 23, 2025Great 10 days for a small family reunion/birthday celebration.
We've just spend 10 fantastic days here in the three bedroom suite (suite 3501). Our butlers, Otikio and Arad, took fantastic care of us, as did our pool butlers, Jorge and Alejandro, and our pool server, Manuel. Food was excellent. Every day, we found special treats in our room from our butlers. We absolutely loved the in-suite private chef dinner and the mixology experience that were part of the 3-bedroom suite booking. Only downsides on our trip were that the air conditioning units between Villa del Palmar and Garza Blanca, that happen to be right next to the 3-bedroom suite, were quite noise so they drowned out the sounds of the ocean. And the rooms are fairly well sound-proofed except that you can hear the scraping of chairs in the suite above (they just need to put some pads under the chairs to remedy that). Other than that, no complaints or concerns. The grounds are beautiful, the staff are super friendly, and the resort has tons to do. Thanks for a fantastic experience, Otikio, Arad, Jorge, Alejandro, and Manuel!! We hope to be back soon!!

Overall, we had a beautiful stay at Villa del Palmar, with all of the beauty, warmth and kindness we experienced from the last visit when they first opened years ago. We were given a room with a gorgeous view, and enjoyed the stunning grounds and pools, the beach and checking out the gorgeous Garza Blanca next door. Back at Villa del Palmar, we ate at Legends, Davinos, the snack bar and Zama. All were very good with no complaints. Special thanks to Alonso from Davinos, who made dinner so wonderful! We did not get all-inclusive this trip as it was so short, and we had planned to go to Chichen Itza and Isla Mujeras for two of the days. Our excursion days were lots of fun and we had great food and value. David from the travel agency booked us for the Chichen Itza tour, and a golf cart on Isla Mujeras. He is such a great, knowledgeable and funny guy. Next time, I will just relax and get all-inclusive as it's very expensive to eat and drink without.

Can't wait for our next visit!
This was our 7th visit to Villa Del Palmar and we couldn't be happier! The property is always pristine as well as the accommodations & public areas. We had a one bedroom ocean view, which was recently renovated beautifully, with the all-inclusive, which I highly recommend. It was 1152 sq. ft. with everything you could need, including 2 bathrooms & a washer & dryer. Incredible! The food in every restaurant was wonderful. We enjoyed Legends (Twice) the sports bar & restaurant & DaVino, the italian restaurant, which was excellent & we went to Zama (Mexican) for lunch. All the restaurants at Villa Del Palmar are excellent. They updated the Steakhouse, La Casona, & Saul, our waiter for many years, is one of our favorite people there. So excellent in service & knowledge & a great person. The filets are wonderful. Jorge, Alejandro and Angel by the pool was outstanding. They took excellent care of us as well as William & Jose our waiters poolside. ALL of these servers truly made our vacation wonderful! Tamara & Martha at concierge were very helpful , pleasant & professional. We are looking forward to visit #8 in 2026, the people there are what make the resort so special & keeps us coming back again & again. Thank you for another fabulous time.

An experience worth coming back for!
This was our first trip to Cancun Villa del Palmar, and it was such a great experience. Our family enjoyed our comfortable ocean view room, daily snacks, great meals, and excellent service all around. Especially from our favorite server Jaime Antonio, at the Caprichos restaurant. Highly recommend this resort!

Will come again and again.
Everyone at this resort is incredibly kind and helpful. Jorge, Alejandro and Angel by the pool were a dream. Our concierge team of Otikio and Arad were incredible and will keep us coming back. We travel with a special needs child and this resort has been nothing but patient and accepting of him, which means the absolute world to our family. 10/10.
