Expect Unexpected charges when you leave. Otherwise its amazing!
We came for our Honeymoon and had a great time, initially I thought OMG we are coming here every year to celebrate our honeymoon. WE tracked what we were upgrading, which was (1) $60 bottle of wine, lobster and oysters. We also knew that tips would add up, however the math was not mathing when we checked out and they couldnt explain $800- tips and a couple dinner upgrades should have been maybe $300-400 dollars. Nobody could explain why they just kept saying its a credit, if its a credit then why are we paying more. We will likely be disputing this with CC company. So big warning to anyone that their is a scheme behind a scheme in Mexico. DONT go to the timeshare free lunch bs, not worth it- and beware of big charges that cant be explained upon check out when most people are rushing to catch a plane, so they do not argue and just sign. Disappointed, I have not heard back from management after writing an email and I beyond this we loved the hotel. Will likely try somewhere new next time where we can relax without the time share push and unexpected charges.

Stellar family resort
This resort was amazing! The pools are huge, there are several jacuzzis, the spa is great, poolside service is good, the restaurants are excellent, especially Davino's. The food is gourmet. It is very kid friendly. The beach is great. No waves. you can walk out and still touch bottom. White sand. Only downside is there is seaweed (but they clean it up regularly). The rooms are modern, very clean, beautifully decorated, huge with kitchen and dining area. (I think we got an upgrade). The staff is SO friendly and helpful. Even the other guests are lovely. This is not the place to go if you want rowdy, drunk people who are partying all day long. We went as an extended family with 3 little kids and had a great time.

Do the In Suite Dinner!! Emmanuel, Chef Juan and Mesero Leo were AMAZING! Completely pampered us and the kids. The entire resort took such good care of us. Always made sure we had everything we needed. The room was amazing, the food was amazing and the service is top notch!! Our Butlers Santiago and Ortikio were great too!! We can't wait to come back!!

Family Spring Break with the family
My family and I had a fabulous time. Everything was great. Upon arriving we were greeted with a cold towel and bottles of water. Check in was easy. Our luggage was brought up to our room in a timely fashion. The food was delicious. We ate at Davino’s, Zama, Legends, La Casona and Caprichos. Each was fantastic. Reading the reviews I knew about the omelet station, at Caprichos, but the Mexican breakfast station was more impressive. Loved the huevos rancheros and chilaquiles. We never had a bad meal. The service was fantastic. Everyone met us with a friendly greeting, from the front staff, to the porters, groundskeepers, housekeeping. We utilized the activity pool and kiddie pool the most. Yes, we had to go down and reserve lounge chairs by the pool, but we always got the area we wanted. I was up watching the sunrise anyway so this wasn’t an issue. Raúl and Ruben were so attentive. Whatever drink we wanted, they brought us. Our girls loved the perry punch and virgin piña coladas. Mine was a charro negro (tequila, lime, and coke) or a Paloma. The bite bar cocktail menu had some great choices as well. We often got lunch by the pool. The ceviche and shrimp cocktail were great. My wife loved the shrimp pizza. The fruit plate mid afternoon was refreshing. We brought our 97 year old grandmother because she wasn’t sure she’d ever see Mexico again. They treated her like she was their grandmother. Jorge kept our towels fresh and often made up our lounge chairs. Tips are included but we often gave more because the service was great. The resort had activities for the kids, the girls got their hair wrapped and braided. At night they often had vendors to buy souvenirs. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite as there were 6 of us. The room was just as pictured. We stayed on the 5th floor and every room had an amazing view. 3 full bathrooms was great. We also used the in room washer and dryer. We ordered room service for breakfast and it did not disappoint. The fridge was stocked with Corona, Pacifico, negro Modelo, various Coke products, water, and juice. The snacks were replenished daily. The hammocks on the balcony were a nice touch. Loved the Nespresso machine. Espresso while watching the sunrise was so relaxing. The spa (and much of the resort) was giving off White Lotus vibes. We cannot wait to go back.
