I like the pool and the rooms are nicely decorated. The food is pretty good (especially the breakfast buffet). Also Luis Margo is the best person I met here.

Wonderful Holiday
Margarita like the drink and Luis were the best. They changed out tv out so we could enjoy our Netflix when we wanted to. The pool and beach are amazing. The service is wonderful. Special thanks to Luis for making it feel like we were “ coming home” when we arrived and throughout our stay

Excellent Resort with Genuine and Attentive Staff
We were at the Villa del Palmar Vallarta dec 28th to Jan 16 and had a fabulous time. For New Years Eve we had a beautiful dinner on the beach ending the evening with the most amazing fireworks on the beach. The whole bay was lit up with fireworks. Our waiter for the evening was Ricardo who was very good and attentive. We enjoyed breakfast at the buffet with fresh fruit, eggs made the way we liked and excellent service. We especially enjoyed seeing Paty our favorite server again as she is such a lovely, kind, happy and funny person whom we enjoy very much. We continued to enjoy being served lunch and drinks, around the pool, by Richardo who is regularly a pool waiter. Look for him, as we did daily, because you will be taken great care of. He is very attentive and fast. Also look for Ceasar at the bar, he also is great at what he does and attentive. All the activity staff around the pool are exceptional and truely made our vacation fun and memorable. A special shout out to Diana who always went above and beyond for us.

Fantastic service from Enrique
Had a wonderful time. Couple mishaps with the door lock and a strong paint smell in the room. But front desk was on it and helped fix the issues. I want to send out a huge gratitude to Enrique on the beach serving us. He was a great server remembered us and our drinks vodka and soda with a pineapple juice. Fantastic service and such a great guy. They need to give him a raise. Also a shout out to Rodrigues who always came and gave us our umbrella and chatted with us. These two were exceptional and helped make our trip memorable. We have been here twice and will be back. Till next time. Cheers
