Outstanding Experience
I can’t say enough nice things about Villa Del Palmar (Town Location). The staff and overall atmosphere of this resort make it an absolute pleasure to visit! A special shoutout to the Conciegre and Club employees, Georgina, Kaori and Lizbeth and my evening turndown service attendant, Paula. I will definitely be returning!

Worst customer service, my bed might as well be in the lobby, room 3126. Talk to front desk I can't be moved. This morning I wake up and can't access my patio for a morning coffee, painters and ladders everywhere. Go to desk and I'm told they will be here all day, I ask again if I can get a different room, yes I can but I need to exit my paid room and wait until 3pm for the new room. Absolutely unacceptable for a returning customer that lives here and frequents this place for stays while receiving medical care in Vallarta. Save yourself a headache and money and go elsewhere. I spend alot of money here annually and after years of coming I won't be returning, I might add this 3 day stay is approximately 750 dollars. Nice way to be treated as a returning customer.

Awesome place
Luis our waiter on the beach was excellent!! Great and fast service. The room was perfect, and the location is near restaurants, and shopping centers. Thank you
