Rooms were clean and well appointed, no housekeeping but they will give extra towels as needed. Property was clean. Enjoyed the small balcony They had a few shows that were enjoyable. (fire) Relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed 2 massages at the spa. Also nice sauna inside of gym area Young children in hot tub that wasn't supposed to be allowed, which was not enforced by staff, even though there were visible signs. I had no meals on site. Location was good. Close to airport Walking distance to big supermarket and directly across from some really great restaurants. Enjoyed free city bus tour w tequila tasting n a paid lunch, earned from doing presentation Beach water was not appealing. Would recommend

Fantastic Trip!
We had a wonderful time and everyone was very friendly and helpful: I would say especially Carlos at the beach and Joaquin at the restaurant and Luz Valente was so special and kind. Thank you to everyone but especially these 3!

Good services. But we want to stay more days here with our membership but they don't have more rooms. Please pay attention because we're members. The ladies of concierge are kind Dahen, Ana, Monse, Alondra, Bianca y Roger.

We went for a vacation
The service was excellent. Especially Hugo,Paty,Daniel,Carlos,Maria,Augustin and all the staff at the breakfast buffet. Also Carlos the bellman helped us so much during our stay. We love it there.
- AdvisoryBeginning May 6th the hotel is removing the Villa del Mar section of the hotel to construct new buildings. The construction site will be closed off to minimize noise. Some locations and services of outlets may change from time to time. Scheduled completion is 2027.
