What We Love
- The resort is just steps from the gorgeous white sands of Medano Beach, is a great place to pamper yourself.
Things to Know
- Los Cabos and the resort offer something for everyone's vacation ideal: white beaches, world-class golf, thrilling nightlife in Cabo San Lucas and a spa.
Leaving the beach may be difficult, but when the sun is low on the horizon, it's time to think about dinner. Fortunately, you can savor the Los Cabos sunset from your beachside table at Bella California. Penne pasta with a creamy Mediterranean sauce composed of tomato, corn and capers is just one selection from a menu specializing in a fusion of Italian cuisine with California flair. The restaurant is the ideal spot for a romantic meal with your sweetie.
Be sure to reserve time during your stay to pamper yourself with an aromatherapy massage at the Desert Spa. This unique treatment incorporates essential oils from plants native to Baja California. Textures and fragrances of the Mexican desert come together in a delightful sensual experience that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. The 31,000-sq. ft. spa is in front of a sister property next door.
A trip to Mexico and Los Cabos isn't complete without an excursion to Cabo San Lucas. You can catch a taxi, but why not take the time to enjoy the 20-minute walk to this picturesque town square with 200-year-old buildings? After all, you're on vacation and there's no reason to hurry.

My Cabo trip
A typical time share resort. rooms and amenities were okay, but the setting is very on point. Right smack on the beach with views of what Cabo was known for. Have to do All-Inclusive if you go, because anything else is not up to par. But the best advice I can give travelers is DO NOT get roped into attending a TimeShare presentation. They will do everything possible to get you to go to one of those. Yikes! Just RUN!!!
I enjoyed all the options for pools, because it did get crowded. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy. Staff were all professional and friendly. The size of the gym was appropriate, and there were always plenty of food and drink options. Ordering from your chair by the pool got confusing and frustrating at times, but servers always went out of their way to get everyone what they needed. The views of the beach and El Arco were all breathtaking! My only regret is that I couldn’t swim more in the ocean because of the rip tide. 😞
Best trip Lydia & Al Ragusa
I would like to say that we have been coming to Cabo for 6 years now and every year we enjoy ourselves. They resort is kept beautiful. The restaurants are amazing the food is great, love that you have added new restaurants to Villa Del palm Mar. Neptune’s at Del Arco is delicious. Beautiful view while eating dinner. Want to just give recognition to Espinosa at the pool side. He is an amazing person. Always on top of things. We don’t even need to ask for a fresh drink it’s already brought to you. He’s truly a very nice person! He definitely makes your trip very enjoyable! We always look forward to coming back to see him!!! We are suppose to be coming in August 2020 we are awaiting on info due to covid restrictions!
18 years and loving it!!
When my family travels to the Baja Sur we always look forward to staying at VDP. When we arrive, we feel like we are coming home to family. I love how our son has always felt welcome there, VDP has a special family atmosphere and I hope they never lose that. Some resorts are not too family friendly. We have been traveling to VDP since 2001 and our boy since he was only 4 months old. The staff is awesome and we look forward to seeing some familiar faces in a couple weeks. :) If you are trying to decide where to stay, VDP is a great choice.
The most incredible experience for our wedding
Four months ago we get married at Villa del Arco and all was perfectly planned. Our wedding planners were Rocío Avalos and Perla Lino (From Palmar Group). Let me fully recommend them! They planned a beautiful ceremony in front of the sea, an amazing reception at El Patron restaurant, the lights, the music and help us in coordinating our guests at Villa del Palmar hotel . It was the most special night in our lives! Thanks to all the staff at both hotels (specially Gabriela Galindo). If you're planning your wedding this is a magnificent option!
