What We Love
- This resort is perfect for families. Kids in Paradise keeps children happy while their parents enjoy time alone for scuba diving, sport fishing and spa time.
- The new farm-to-table restaurant, Tomatillos, is absolutely amazing!
Things to Know
- The resort is a great base for families who love the fine sand of Medano Beach. But there's also golfing, whale-watching and a simply fabulous spa.

After 3 days Pro’s : Check in gentleman Alvador (sorry probably spelled wrong) was kind & friendly. Evening a la carte restaurants are fantastic Beds are comfortable and rooms clean. Con’s Very poor to non existent service at buffets. Coffee not refilled. Didn’t bring water. We asked for help & no one came. Fruit is limited. No bananas, apples, blueberries, strawberries. No non dairy milk. Nothing gluten free. No condiments: peanut butter, jams. I asked but nothing arrived. Birds & bugs all over foods at times. Very limited buffet. I was told that you are limited for the amount of times you can order room service. I paid a-lot of money for all inclusive and I feel like I can’t enjoy myself because I will be charged extra!!! Our room (3220) flooded with the toilet backing up on our first night. Some of our items were soaked… The front desk girl was very helpful & polite & had us moved. Management DID NOT contact me to apologize or make right… absolutely failure… so incredibly disappointed & frustrated. My expensive shoes were wet…. No offer to have clothes cleaned.. So far i have been asked once if i want a drink while sitting at the pool & beach and we have been here 3 days. They ask others but not us. I paid for all inclusive…. This is a resort I would not return. After a few more days we finally started to get asked if we wanted drinks at the pool. It should not have taken this long. At the buffets we finally found amazing service with Paty & Fernanda! These ladies work hard & are friendly! Fantastic service from them!! Absolutely incredible!! Thank you ladies!! Hugo is good as well. The manager of the buffets is also wonderful! Working hard. We had another issue with the toilet in our new room (3720) This time it would not flush! Again, nothing from management. My son was very rudely told to get out of the hot tub. Where are the manners from all staff!!?? The side that he entered the hot tub DOES NOT have a sign that states no children. I will attach photos later. The ordered food items are not consistent. I’ve ordered the “ tutti fruiti” and the second time it had half the fruit. It is highly annoying to have to wait for a check & sign a check each time you order something… we paid for all inclusive… if my son wants to get something on his own, he can’t. He’s 12 years old. This is the only all inclusive in my many years of travel to have this. There is one slide so I am not sure why in the advertising that I read before booking said “ waterpark”. There is one small kid pool and one larger pool. 2 hot tubs. We have had a nasty note found outside our door & prank phone calls at 11:30 at night…. Again, this is the first resort in my over 20 years of travel that I would not return.

Vin the Great and Corn Flan?!??
Vin was great! Tacos with all the great spicy extras, margaritas, guacamole, virgin mojitos and corn flan were amazing!

Great trip
Enjoyed every bit of it. Nataly was perfect at the front desk - very helpful and all around amazing. Our room has ocean view and the all inclusive package was worth it. We will definitely come back.

We had a large group at the upper adult pool. Jose was the best. He knew what we wanted every day and was accommodating!
Been going there for 30 years and it never disappoints. Perfect location, great restaurants, and the help everywhere was wonderful. We played tennis every morning and Myra from the spa. Had everything ready for us every day. She even opened up some new tennis balls for us because the other ones were old.

Villa del palmar
Misael made sure we were never thirsty and always took great care of us out by the pool. All staff was attentive and accommodating. Views were breath taking. Clean. Would come again.
