Villa del palmar was a great experience, fun, and nice resort Nayeli was our server at the pool all week, she was wonderful. If you get a chance, find her and sit in her section. Excellentè customer service. All staff at the resort were very accommodating.

Service by Francisco Sinta at pool was fantastic. However, for a high end resort to which I am a member, to operate jackhammer from 8am til dark everyday of our 2 week vacation is so unacceptable. The only time the jackhammering stopped was when the power went out for 8 hours one day. Several other days had power outages that lasted from 10 minutes to a few hours. Buffet food needs to be kept at least warm. At El Patron my wife and I were served burnt Calamari. So disappointing. On a high not, because restaurant food was sub par, we ordered room service several times and it was FANTASTIC !!!!!. Bar service staff very friendly and accommodating. Evening shows were enjoyable but buffet food only so so. Staff in evening show were wonderful.

Memorable….
Upon on arrival to this beautiful resort, we have been surrounded by incredible staff, going out of their way to make us comfortable. All this with a warm smile. Three stand out employees were: Celso, Liliana and Graciela Hats off two these wonderful three !!

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Sunny, a waitress at the Sports Bar was the best! Housekeeping was great. The room was always cleaned and there was no shortage of towels. I did have a leak in the master bathroom ceiling late one night. After two trips to the front desk, maintenance came and fixed it. Leak aside, it was a great place to stay.
