    Pool Volleyball

    The pool experience was great. Franchesca and Rodo were amazing when it came to volleyball and made the experience so much better. They made the game fun and enjoyable the whole time and the passwords they gave for serving were fun. I overall had an amazing time in the pool area and then two were great help for that.

    Best Staff and Resort!

    Best resort and staff in Cabo! From the moment we arrived, Luis handled our bags and was the sweetest guy. Throughout our stay Luis, Efrain, Armando and Eiliel were amazing. My son had got a “margarita rash” and everyday they checked in on him to make sure he was ok. I had an issue with a Walmart Delivery, Efrain helped speak to the driver and get everything squared away since my Spanish is limited. Every morning we were able to enjoy breakfast with Celso, THE BEST SERVER at Villas. He is so happy, quick and makes the best iced vanilla lattes. My daughter loved how Celso had her orange juice ready to go before she even sat down. We spent our days at the pool with Maui (Mauricio) and let me tell you, if you want top notch service he was hands down the best. He remembered all of our names, our orders and truly made our visit special. We cannot wait to come back next year and see all of our favorite people!!

    Palmar stay

    We stayed at the palmar and had a wonderful time ! The grounds were beautiful, staff was always helpful! Our server today, Andres, was delightful

    Lovely Mid-range All-Inclusive

    Spent 5 days with my husband and adult children and had a wonderful stay. I was particularly impressed with the gorgeous views and impeccable cleanliness of the whole facility. I’m an Italian mother so I cook alot and was very happy with the quality and variety of food. If you want to eat there,definitely do the all inclusive because individual menu prices are rather high. The pools and pool food/drink service was exceptional. Plenty of loungers at the pool. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. There were fun musical shows every night. Housekeeping cleaned/refreshed the rooms 2x per day! Make sure to eat at Tomatillos and the sports bar. Uber rides into town were inexpensive, quick and easy. There was still intermittent loud noise from the construction of the new Bella California restaurant…..but I was not particularly bothered by it. Definitely take advantage of the included paddle board and kayaking guided tours. The water taxi to lovers beach was $20 right from the beach at the hotel and was quick and easy.
