The team that hosted our dinners during theme nights at the entertainment venue truly made our stay at VDP unforgettable. Servers Eliceo, Sergio, and Iracema brought incredible energy, professionalism, and genuine warmth every time they helped us. They consistently create a welcoming atmosphere that certainly makes guests feel included and engaged. Each of them stood out with their enthusiasm and attention, but I must say that none of that would have been possible if it weren't for host Jonathan Lopez. Jonathan greeted my spouse and I with the level of service that is top notch. From reserving the best seats in the house to meeting our immediate needs, we were impressed by his leadership and his friendly approach. All in all, VDP is lucky to have such a great group make teamwork look so easy. Thank you all for making our experiences so special! I can't wait to get back to our second home!

Girls trip 2026-
Amazing vacation! The service was amazing- from check in to the pool, restaurants and pool. Araceli, Andres, Antonio, Nayeli, Samuel, Cristov, Roberto, Carlos to name a few. So many more terrific people work there. The grounds and the pools were very nice and every part of the resort was clean. The rooms were nice and roomy and clean. Went to the spa for a massage and this was also one of the best ever. Everyone was so friendly, the food and drinks were amazing. I can’t wait to come back one day! Staff was more than happy to take care of us and always had a smile on their face.

Ladies trip January 2026
Took a ladies trip to Cabo in January and enjoyed every minute. This is my second time to the Villa Palmar Cabo location and once again it did not disappoint. Our on site concierge Araceli made sure all of our requests and reservations were taken care of, making our stay stress free and truly enjoyable! The resort looks great after the remode and I loved the new hot tubs and fire pit areas. At the pool Andres and Nayeli were outstanding and took care of all our needs!! They not only provided excellent service they had great suggestions on new items and drinks to try. In addition, Roberto who is the pool concierge, did an excellent job of having everything set-up and consistently took care of our site needs. In the sports bar Carlos and Wilberth were amazing bartenders. We made sure to visit them every night for a special martini or after dinner drink. We had great meals in all the restaurants on site and also at Arco using our all inclusive benefits. We especially had an amazing dinner at Tomatillos which was made extra special by our waiter Samuel. His extra touches and service really enhanced our dinner experience! My only suggestion is to move the sun beds to the back around the pools. The people that rent them keep the sides down and block the view of many others at the pool. I think you could add more chairs around the pools by moving these back, enhancing the atmosphere around the pool. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation! The staff there really make this resort a top choice for me!

Girls Trip fun!
What an amazing trip! We went on a girls trip and had a blast. Pool was wonderful. We were well taken care of by Andres, Nayeli, and Gustavo as our servers. Awesome drinks and snacks by the pool! Alberto (or Roberto?) our pool concierge took care of our set up needs every day! Araceli was our Elite Concierge and managed the many details of our stay flawlessly. We enjoyed dinners and drinks on site every day! Dinner at Tomatillo where Samuel was wonderful and Cristo at Neptune. We ended each day at the Sports bar where Carlos and Wilberth made some amazing chocolate martinis. We will be back!

Incredible Staff – They Make Villa Del Palmar Feel Like Home
I just returned from another wonderful girls’ trip to Villa Del Palmar Cabo, and once again, it reminded me why this is my favorite of the Villa resorts. While the property itself is beautiful, it’s truly the staff that keeps me coming back again and again. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so special. The pool concierges, Alberto and Antonio, went above and beyond every single day — making sure we had cabanas, helping with reservations, and always greeting us with a smile. They are absolute pros and made our pool days effortless and relaxing. Our pool waiter, Carlos was an absolute blast — fun, attentive, and always keeping the good vibes going. He made every afternoon by the pool even better. In the evenings, Jonathan at the nightly shows made sure we always had great tables and never missed out on the entertainment. It made such a difference to feel welcomed and taken care of night after night. Kevin was very helpful with both my massage reservation and checkout, making everything smooth and stress-free. And speaking of massages, the Desert Spa was wonderful. Relaxing, peaceful, and exactly what you want on a vacation like this. This trip was everything we hoped for — relaxing, fun, and full of great memories. Villa Del Palmar truly excels at personal service, and their staff makes guests feel seen, remembered, and valued. I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend — especially if you appreciate exceptional service and a resort that treats you like family.
