Feb 14, 2026Awesome staff!!! Make you feel like family!
We have not been to Villa del Palmar in over a year. When we arrived the bell staff immediately recognized us with Juan and Efrain. They were so friendly and very efficient with handling our luggage. As soon as our room was ready our luggage was immediately brought to the room. Every time we needed a taxi etc. they were so friendly and fun, just making every encounter so pleasant. Elite Concierge staff, Fernanda and Lily also remembered us and are exceptional. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The pools have been renovated this year with added hot tubs. The pool staff, specifically Nayeli, remembered us as well. Warm welcoming smile treating us like family. Every day on the beach with beautiful views of the arch and really gorgeous waves, Nayeli would greet us with a bucket of water and a smile. Any time I would think, I want another drink ( You know at resorts sometimes you think where is the pool server) well Nayeli is right there!!!! and she remembers your drink of choice. Carlos was also great with a really good sense of humor. Staff is just the best at Villa del Palmar. It really makes a difference. The renovated pool area is gorgeous, more modern looking. There are plenty of chairs. The activities are fun and the renovated area for the shows look great as well. We did not go to the shows this time but it looks state of the art and we will go next visit. The rooms are great and the resort is clean, beautiful and everything you expect from a resort in Cabo. It's the staff that puts Villa del Palmar above and beyond! Next visit will get pictures with staff.

Wonderful Stay at Villa del Palmar Cabo
This was our first stay at VDP Cabo since the redesigned pool area was completed. What we appreciate the most about VDP Cabo is the friendly and familiar staff who welcome us by name and makes us feel like family. Although we had not stayed at this resort in over a year, the busboys, Juan, Efrain and the rest, the Elite Concierge, Fernanda and Lily, and Nayeli at the Pool and beach, they all welcome us and treat us like family. The new pool area is spectacular with additional hot tubs but staying with an adult’s pool and a lower pool for all the activities. The pool area was kept immaculate and the service from Nayeli and Carlos was excellent. We also enjoy relaxing on the lounge chairs on the beach, watching the big swells that Cabo is known for, rolling up the beach.

We love Villa del Palmar!
Also, a huge thank you to Alana. Everytime we cross paths with her at the resort, she took incredible care of us and made sure every detail was handled seamlessly. Whether it was reservations, special requests, or just checking in to make sure we were having the best time, she went above and beyond every single day. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our trip even greater. The resort is beautiful, but Alana is what made our experience exceptional.

Wonderful location to relax
Alejandro was a wonderful waiter. He anticipated out needs and exceeded our expectations Carlos was wonderful at the pool. He was friendly and attended to our needs
