Best resort! Best staff!
This was our 4th year at this resort, and as always, we loved it! We went with friends and family to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and Christmas. This is the resort we will forever return to. The staff is amazing and the resort is just beautiful! It is so clean and well kept. Our rooms were lovely and housekeeping was just fabulous. We came back to such clean rooms every day and to just adorable little personal touches with intricately folded towels and turned down beds with the lights dimmed and curtains drawn. Our very favorite part of this resort is the staff! Over the years we have met such amazing people who work here. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. They made my husband's birthday so special with birthday wishes, singing, candles and decor. This year I would love to thank a few special people. Thank you so much to Keren, Angel, Roberto, Ray, Oscar, Gustavo and Jonathon. We had a very large group this year to celebrate with us and every single one of these amazing people went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for and beyond accommodated. It didn't matter if we were at the sports bar, the shows, breakfast buffet, the beach or the pool. We never had to want to for anything. We felt completely spoiled and truly cared for. They will forever be our friends there and we will continue to come back every year hoping to see you again!!

Don’t come here. Waste of my money and time. New Years RUINED.
I’m going to provide bullet points on why this hotel is absolute trash and then provide an explanation. - had to pay an ABSURD amount of money to participate in the New Year’s party even with the all inclusive package (applies to gold and elite members as well) - the amount of flies was revolting, and were all over our food. The waiters didn’t even do anything even with the amount of complaints. - you have to pay extra for many others amenities that were supposedly “included” in our package. - check in and the administrators don’t inform you of any important things, including dinner reservations and important events. - you have to pay for the gym even with the all inclusive package. I came here with my family for New years and paid for the all inclusive package. The administrator explained that on new years, the restaurants would be changing their menu to something more “festive” for new years, that there would be special shows, and various other activities including the huge new years end party. I believed that the all inclusive package would allow us to participate. This hotel is forcing people to fork over a HUGE amount of money per person, no matter if you have all inclusive, you’re a member, or even if you’re an elite member. The all inclusive package only provides a small discount. This place absolutely sucks because if you don’t pay that money per person, you don’t have access to any restaurants, activities, or anything else on new years. All they provide for the people that don’t pay is room service and a crappy sports bar. It’s not just new years either, you have to pay extra for a bunch of amenities as well, including restaurant reservations and other events. The people working at this hotel also don’t inform you of anything at all! Nobody ever tells you about the important things. We had to figure this out ourselves. I’m also going to mention the amount of flies in every restaurant, and when we asked the waiters if they could do something about the absurd amount of flies we had eating our lunch, they did nothing! It was absolutely disgusting and revolting, and the flys are at every restaurant as well! All the waiters had the audacity to ask for tips frequently and it started to get very irritating and annoying! DO NOT COME HERE. This place scammed my family and it absolutely sucks.

Worse experience ever !! Don’t waste your money here
I payed a lot of money to came to this hotel to celebrated the new year 2025-2026 with my family cause is suppose to be a good resort but at the end the asked me to pay for the new year party, I asked why ?? I payed all inclusive I never had to pay nothing extra in all inclusive .. that’s the reason is call all inclusive , !!!! they close all the restaurants and the bars for the people that stay in this hotel and they don’t aloud to used nothing or watch the shows . used just 1 crappy room restaurant to celebrate the new year 😡😡. I’m so mad and disappointed I should go to Cancún , or Dominican or other place 1. Also they ask for tip for everytime 2. The flies in the restaurant is duscasting 3. In the bars if you don’t give tips they don’t serve you . 4.Is suppose you don’t need reservation but when you go there to the restaurant is alredy full and not sevice . 5..The service is horrible you order one food and never get to eat it . 6. You need to pay extra for the gym or activities. Don’t come here you will waste your money and your time

such a SCAM
“All inclusive” package is terrible and a scam. - You have to pay an extra amount of expensive money for the New Year’s party - You have to pay extra for all the activities - Flies swarm you all around while you try to eat - Workers don’t tell you all the necessary information - Food takes forever to come out -Workers all the time ask for tips This hotel overall is fine, it is the service that is disgusting and it is a scam. What makes it a scam is that if you get the “all inclusive” package, you would expect a all inclusive, where you don’t pay at all, you get access to almost all things, have a fun time at your stay and most of all you get to participate in the party for new years. The reality in this “all inclusive” service is that you don’t actually get all the activities and services that there is. You have to pay an additional amount of money to use the gym and the party for new years. We came here expecting to have a wonderful time for new years and enjoy Mexico. Turns out we had to pay an expensive amount of money to participate in the New Year’s party. So now on new years we were given two choices because we were not paying that amount of money. Either stay in your hotel room with room service or go around roaming the beach doing nothing while the others are partying away with fireworks. I find it absurd that you have to pay an extra fee for New Years. They just tell you that they are giving you a “discount” for it and then leave you. For the food service it is also not the best. The food itself is okay. The service that comes with it is the problem. When you order the food it takes an eternity for it to arrive. I had to remind them about two times so the food could actually get out of the kitchen. If you eat outside the flies are the insane, they immediately stay to swarm you while you try to enjoy the food. We complained about it and they did absolutely nothing, just told us they would get something for it and proceeded to leave and never come back. Might I also mention that the workers there are always asking for tips. It’s not only a one time thing, they continuously keep on asking. This hotel is definitely one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to in my life. I came here expecting to enjoy a nice stay here, I returned to my home disappointed with my stay here. This “all inclusive package” is basically you having to pay for everything with a “discount.” Such a scam, please don’t go if you don’t want to waste money.
