Dec 28, 2025Poolside activities were excellent!
We spent a week at Villa Del Palmar, and just loved it. The service was impeccable from top to bottom. Every restaurant made accommodations for our picky kids (7 and 12), and the poolside service was outstanding. Carlos, Miseal, and Alberto treated us very well with food and drink requests. The main attraction were the poolside activities, bingo, volleyball, musical chairs, ect were all engaging and so much fun. The staff were involved, very positive, and made sure the fun kept going! Francesca, Rodo, Val, and Tony “El Tigre” were phenomenal. My kids will never forget this trip partly due to the efforts of those 4.

Carlos was an outstanding bartender at the sports bar in Cabo! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were always full. He knew exactly what to recommend, made great cocktails, and kept the energy fun the entire time. Even when the bar got busy during the games, Carlos stayed on top of everything and never missed a beat. His great attitude and top-notch service truly made our experience memorable. If you’re at this sports bar in Cabo, make sure Carlos is behind the bar — you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic resort activities and experience with the staff
Even though I was here for a short 4 days with my family we’ve had an excellent experience. The staff has been top tier and the organized activities have been a huge highlight. The activity staff (my fellow pelirroja, Franchesca, Tony, Rodo, and Vale) always bring the energy and fun. Pool volleyball was a delightful organized chaos where the staff would ref and get involved in the game too. There was also pickleball which was very much fun. You could tell that the staff enjoyed being there and liked talking with all the guests. Would definitely return to see my new friends!
