Feb 16, 2026Great vacation - relaxing and fun
Had a great trip at VDP. Overall service was great (Andres and Carlos at pool, Juan Carlos at the sports bar, room service, maid service, and mini bar service). Food was good - I was rarely hungry! Great variety between VDP and VDA. We were here for 15 days and still felt variety was good! Minor things (not a big deal honestly) - 1) check-in always takes forever 2) pool chairs fill up fast and are not policed like VLV. 3) added 2 days of AI while here - couldn’t get discount… it’s the rule but stupid when you already paid $2k+ on AI 4) internet isn’t great - hard to work on my laptop and often moved between WiFi and cellular to get service.

A fabulous excursion!
Hipelito and Karina were such a delight to work with! Even the guys that meet and greet you with luggage are phenomenal! The young lady at the concierge desk was super sweet and went above and beyond! This combination made the stay perfect!

Best Service Ever from Sergio!
Sergio was magnificent! He was our server for all 5 shows, very attentive, friendly and polite. Sergio made us feel like we were the only ones he had to take care of. If you go to the shows, request Sergio's section!

A++++++ !!!!
I came for my birthday & there’s sooooo many people I want to acknowledge. To begin, Andrea with the perfect eyebrows was the upmost sweetest woman I have ever met. Next, there’s Daniel at the front desk. I would yell “Daniel” when I saw him and he would smile (probably cause he wanted me to go away lol). But Wendy who was also sweet needs to give Daniel a raise or bonus because he was TOP. TIER. In the bar, Juan Carlos was hilarious and made sure all of the patrons were a. Imitated for. In the buffet we had Jonathan the manager, Luis T. & Ricardo who were amazing & provided great seats for a show. Eric at the Photo Booth stand was the kindest man and, overall, I enjoyed talking to ALL of them! This was a great vacation and I would definitely come back!
