Also, a huge thank you to Alana. Everytime we cross paths with her at the resort, she took incredible care of us and made sure every detail was handled seamlessly. Whether it was reservations, special requests, or just checking in to make sure we were having the best time, she went above and beyond every single day. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our trip even greater. The resort is beautiful, but Alana is what made our experience exceptional.

Bought a deal on Black Friday but the deal wasn’t a deal. Boasting free massage (come to find out, costs me $40+ US in taxes and fees! Ha) plus free Brunch daily (come to find out, doesn’t apply to our room). All in big letters: Kids free, free massages and daily Brunch. Room days Black Friday Deal under our reservation but no deal at all at $200+ per night with NADA included after all.
