Nataly at check in was phenomenal. An issue with our reservation (which was no fault of hers) greatly complicated things and could have cost us significantly more money . . . Nataly was patient and persistent and advocated for us. She turned around a frustrating start to our trip !!!

Excellent customer service.
Villa Del Palmar staff was amazing and very attentive. Server Sergio at the night show was excellent. He made our dining experiences enjoyable.

January 2026 - leave the snow and cold behind
We have been visiting Villa del Palmar Cabo for years. Though we really enjoyed the "old" Palmar the "new" renovated Palmar is absolutely beautiful. There are several additional hot tubs and firepits, Bella California is totally new and beautiful, the family pool is really kid friendly with a "walk in" for the little ones. The staff is very courteous and helpful. A very enjoyable resort for a vacation. I'd like to recognize just a few of the staff: Hipolito and Coral at the front desk Alberto - Pool concierge Samuel - waiter at Tomateo's Armando - the omelette chef at Bella California
