Great location close to airport and the food is amazing ! The cleanliness is exceptional , great work on the room cleaning staff and the chefs . It’s nice to enjoy the stay with many locals Some recommendations : Entertainment staff needs a major upgrade, even if resorts are on the quieter side, I have never seen anything like this almost non existent. Makes the stay some times unbearable Repaint some of the wood which has paint missing over time Dj should be playing more authentic music vs Canadian radio music Not all staff is friendly , some simply literally toss a water glass at you This resort has so much potential but I believe management can do a better job at managing ensuring that these facilities and points won’t eventually be all people talk about. Ive stayed at many resorts calm and party vibes all over carribean and in DR and I’m weary about recommending anyone me to come back I am torn because I’m not sure the bad balances out with the good . Good luck

Great bedding, clean space, great rooms, friendly staff, amazing views all around the resort. The balcony is clean and there’s palm trees , you can hear the birds chirping and I had the view of the beach as well. It’s super peaceful and not crowded. A little busier on the weekend but it’s still peaceful and not crazy in the water. There’s mountain jungles all over and the beach is amazing, clean. Security is really good and care about you. Everyone is super receptive. It’s been super fun. I did the bike tour with the resort twice and each time it was different. There’s different foods every night, there’s different shows every night. The servicing staff is on point (I can’t remember all their names unfortunately, I’ll add them when I get them again). Entertainment staff is very on point too (Wilmer, mosquito, droopy). The pool is good too with fun activities like water exercise with music, volleyball, hot potato etc and everyone (all ages) partake. Over all super great and would definitely come again!! Superb .

más o menos
Check-in was no fun. We had to wait hours for our room to be ready. Was told it was on the 1st floor. However, it was on the third! No elevator. The bed was rock hard. The room came with a broken fridge, with warm drinks. Broken phone,no iron and no internet. Bathtub didn't drain properly. I called multiple times, but there was no answer using my cell phone. Eventually, I walked down and spoke to the employee, and he said the ringer had been turned off. I've never heard "No" so much on vacation. Everything i asked for assistance with the reply was no. There is no ice machine, no food outside of the restaurants, and no room service. No, we can't help with your luggage at check out No, we can't bring you an iron. No, we dont do airport transfers. No, you can't sit in this part of the beach. No, we can't help with reservations after 3 pm... The food was ok. There are way too much sausage and hotdogs. I wonder if they use msg. You'd feel full very quickly. Was very simple. Didn't care for the pancakes. The coffee was only ok. It's strange that a place that's known for coffee didn't do better. I'd ask for ice coffee and get a different version each time. A lot of rude visitors. People who spoke Spanish were constantly cutting in front of me. 3 at checkout cut in front of me. When it was time to checkout. We actually left early. We had enough after getting sick at the octopus restaurant the night before. I called and asked for help with luggage, but no, they can't help. Asked for help with transportation to the airport No, they can't. I said, "So i call an Uber? She said yes." After checkout, i see my Uber canceled. So i ordered a new one The next one canceled, too. This happened 6 times. I asked the bellman if he knew why? He said he didn't. Then i said is uber allowed to pick up here and he replied No. Not beyond the gate over a mile away. I said, "Can i be dropped off at the gate said no. He didn't have anyone available. I said sir. I need to get to the airport. What are my options, please ? Still, he said he didn't have any. My travel companion eventually asked a Spanish speaking guest to assist us in getting to the airport. We had a taxi in minutes. $60 for the ride. Uber was $5!
