Perfect vacation. No hassles. No worries. Peaceful family time. Beautiful pools, ocean front, luxurious rooms. Volleyball, beach soccer, pickleball, trivia, swimming, trivia. Lots of delicious food and drinks. Adrianna helped us navigate our tours. Our butler's David, Alberto and Jesus made sure we had everything we needed. They helped with dinner reservations, room amenities, rides around the resort and even called the restaurant and got us more time when our tour ran late. Definitely coming back.

Great time at a beautiful resort
The resort was beautiful, very clean. Plenty of activities for our family. Staff was friendly and hospitable throughout the stay, especially our room attendants David, Jesus and Alberto. Adrianna was super helpful in making sure our airport transport was squared away and that we got in safely. Food was delicious.

A Wonderful Winter Escape
My husband and I visited Ventus at Marina El Cid resorts as part of our 30th anniversary celebration. We had a wonderful, warm and sunny all inclusive stay at this resort. The service from all of the staff is top tier. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Our butlers Cali and Manuel were outstanding! They made our stay smooth and organized and attended to our every need. They scheduled all of our dinner reservations and made sure we were aware of all activities going on daily. We are so appreciative of their services. The food and drinks at the resort are great. We loved all of the restaurants. Miguel, our server at breakfast and lunch was excellent. Our room accommodations at Ventus were incredible. We had a beautiful ocean view with our own private outdoor jacuzzi. We stayed at this resort during the Super Bowl and they had a huge party. It was great! They had a large display of food and had lots of entertainment. It was very impressive. They also had a taco festival during our stay and it was just incredible. They had vendors with beautiful arts and crafts for sale and a huge display of food. They even had mariachi singers and other performers. I also wanted to mention the sweet activities staff member, Milca. She encouraged us to attend every activity and did a wonderful job. We look forward to returning to El Cid again in the future and highly recommend this property.

David was always here to answer our questions and give us any service we needed during our stay.
This was our seventh year at Ventus and the marina, we would like to complement our butlers on our service. We have had this week. David, Alberto and Jesus and without a doubt, they have been the best butlers we have ever had. I would highly recommend them.
