My wife and I Had the greatest time at Ventus! The food and food choices were amazing. The service was excellent and we were very well taken care of by Luis, Hugo and Noah our butlers. Anytime that we would need something or want some help with something they were always available using WhatsApp. If we needed a reservation or some direction, there were always ready to help us. They decorated our room in a spectacular fashion with balloons, rose, petals, and special towel, swans and hearts. They helped us celebrate my wife’s retirement, and our anniversary, and her birthday!

Ventus is the way to go
The resort was incredibly clean. The attention to detail was spot on. The resort was smaller than some of the other options but it was perfect for us. It was located close to everything we wanted to see and do on and off property. The service was incredible and we loved getting to visit the sister properties. Varying vibes over the property allowed you to choose space based on what energy and vibe you wanted. The shows were fun and there is something for everyone. Don’t miss the Taco Night party. The variety of food and drinks was good. We will definitely come back!

French restaurant - fabulous!
French restaurant at Ventus - what a great service and meal. Miguel Cab (manager) and his colleagues Amalia and Rudolfo gave great service in a private room for our group. Swift service. Highly recommend the french onion soup and creme brulee. Our glasses were always full and drinks a plenty. Staff were so accomodating and friendly. And even had liquers for after dinner.

Beach is not worth going to. Will not be returning to this place after getting mislead. Food was better than expected. Too many other options.

Best butlers at El Cid! Noah and Luis!
We were so lucky to be assigned Noah and Luis as our butlers at our month long stay at El Cid in Puerto Morelos. They took care of EVERYTHING for us-even dinner reservations! They are the best and we look forward to requesting them for future stays. Ventus, Ha and Marina are great El Cid properties to unwind and enjoy sunshine, ocean, and delicious food! Thanks Noah and Luis and we look forward to seeing you the next time!
