We visited El Cid, again, this year over the Holidays. The resort was beautifully decorated and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. We especially enjoyed the dinner and service at the French Restaurant onsite. We were fortunate to have butlers (Freddy and Ricardo) who help with everyday necessities, and even an unexpected birthday surprise (complete with balloons, champagne and delicious chocolate cake). The staff at this resort truly goes above and beyond.

January at Ventus
We spent two wonderful weeks at the El Cid Ventus. The room was great. - Thank you Sara. Check in was smooth & easy. We enjoyed eating at every restaurant plus the breakfast buffets. A shout out to our butlers for making sure we had everything we needed. Orlando really took great care of us. Ari and Omar were wonderful too. We look forward to returning next January.

Excellent trip, hope to return!
We had a wonderful time at Ventus! The resort is big and fun with plenty to do, day and night. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the rooftop adults-only pools at Ventus Ha' (this was our trip away from the kids, after all), which was very tranquil and beautiful. Top-notch pina coladas. One of the best parts of the trip was the staff, from check-in to bars/restaurants to butler service, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed our butlers, Omar, Are, and Orlando, who went out of their way to help us feel comfortable and take care of our needs. Another favorite part of the staff was their willingness to put up with my Spanish practice and encouragement through the rough parts. We hope to be back with the kids and see some friendly faces!
