We just spent two relaxing weeks at El CID’s Ventus resort. Everything was splendid - food, accommodations and entertainment. We had three butlers, Alan, Omar, and Gerson. They worked well together as a team but our favorite was Alan. He anticipated our every need with special attention to details and timeliness. Loved our time. Carlos and Michael.

Our favorite place in Mexico 🇲🇽
This resort is always top notch. Food was delicious, drinks were flowing! Our butler's, Luis & Noah gave us amazing, prompt service with whatever we asked for. This is probably our 4th stay and we'll be back in the fall. We love this place. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service and unforgettable stay at Ventus
Our experience at Ventus at Marina El Cid was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to the incredible butlers Leo, Orlando, and Freddy. From the moment we arrived, they made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Leo was so attentive and thoughtful, always anticipating what we might need. Orlando’s warm, friendly attitude made every interaction a pleasure. And Freddy truly went above and beyond — he surprised me with a beautiful birthday arrangement in our room that made the day so special and memorable. It was clear he put so much thought and care into it, and I will never forget it. Whether it was helping with dinner reservations, organizing activities, or simply checking in to make sure we were happy, they consistently exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back to Ventus and hope to see this amazing team again!

Meyer Wedding Week 4/19-4/24/25
Great experience for our Wedding!! Orlando Leo and Freddy were the best Butlers Making sure we were taken care of everyday! Pedro was excellent helping me with the wedding planning making sure Everything was perfect! The Wedding Cake was one of the best I had ever had! Restaurants were top notch with the food!! Loved the beautiful resort!! Can’t wait to go back for our anniversary 🎉
