    Terrible food

    If your looking for good food book elsewhere. Although our accommodation was nice(swim out suite) the butler Enrique was dreadful and could not accommodate simple requests. The food is awful, anybody that says it’s good must enjoy hamburger helper. We only get one holiday a year and it was completely wasted. Please, from my family to yours DO NOT BOOK HERE. The best meal we ate all week was at bubba gump shrimp at the airport(that says enough).

    El Cid VENTUS Ha

    We just spent four wonderful weeks at El Cid Riviera Maya. My husband and I spent the first week in a Bentus Ha two-bedroom unit with our son and his family. This resort has many fun activities for children at the Marina pool and at the kids’ club. The evening shows are also family-friendly. The next three weeks were focused on relaxation. We moved to a studio unit overlooking the pool near building 30. We spent most days at the adult pool on the rooftop of building 28 with an almost daily hydro spa visit. Very relaxing. Our butlers, Samuel and Cali, were very helpful. They checked in with us at the being of each shift to see if we needed anything such as reservations for dinner, the Club Platinum beach, or the spa. Housekeeping service was excellent. Alicia made sure that our room was cleaned daily. The service at all of the restaurants was very good. It was a wonderful month in paradise! We are looking forward to visiting again next year!

    Great stay and excellent service

    Recent stay at El CID - we always have a wonderful time but this time Ricardo and Fredy made our stay extra special. Extremely attentive, quick to respond, always available and knowledgeable. Just excellent! Thank you Ricardo and Fredy!!

    Wonderful vacation at El Cid Ventus

    We loved our stay at El Cid Ventus. We have been to mexico over thirty times and have stayed at many different resorts. This resort was immaculate, and the service was exceptional. The food was delicious..our favorite restaurants were Kobo, the French restaurant and we loved Alhambra for night time buffet. We went to the Italian restaurant for breakfast buffet. They have an omelet station and they make fresh Belgian waffles and fresh pressed juices. We have been to other all inclusive resorts and the food is not great or high quality. The food was good and great quality. The desserts were very good. We are Platinum level so we had butler and concierge services. Our Butler's were Omar, Orlando and Are. Anything that we needed they took care of. I used the valet laundry services and Orlando picked it up and delivered it back to our room. Omar and Are helped with dinner reservations and kept us abreast of the activities. My daughter needed medication and the concierge Ana in the Platinum club called several pharmacies to get us the medicine. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We loved there are air conditioner was very quiet.We didn't hear it cycling on or off.It was the quietest air conditioner that we've ever had in a hotel room. We had the 2 bedroom suite it was enormous. The level of service was exceptional. We will definitely be going back there soon.
