What a great gem this hotel is…. Check in easy and efficient with such friendly staff. But most importantly we always can’t wait to hug Priscilla who we come every year to see she is like family. She is the heart ♥️ of this hotel. This hotel is very clean and cozy. I can’t say enough about the entire staff waiters and maintenance everyone is so nice and always so helpful. Pool was great as well as the service from Joshua. The location is incredible it’s across from Palm beach and the have a transporter you can grab a lift over if you prefer. It’s close to all the night life. I will be back next year.

Seasoned World Traveler
My stay at TYRP Wyndham Aruba was truly a pleasant and pleasurable experience. From the leadership of Jeanrick, the Assistant GM, who is professional, courteous and always available to provide great customer service, he has a staff that follows the same work ethics. What is novel about this property, is the versatility of many members of its staff. This is something I’ve always incorporated in my own management and entrepreneurial endeavors. This ensures, that if needed, a member of the staff can fill another member’s position, can answer a question asked by a guest or perform a task, without having to send them to another staff member. Let me give recognition to the staff I had the pleasure to meet. Rampres, besides his excellent work ethic and diversity, he is very knowledgeable and always willing to satisfy the guests, to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable and is fluent in several languages. Shamir, excels as a receptionist, in that he exhibits a wonderful personality, capability to handle the demands of his position and is a tireless worker. Priscilla, handles herself well in her multi faceted duties. Jonathan, is very accommodating in his duties at the front desk and goes out of his way to address your needs during your stay. Jose Luis, is a very engaging worker. He has the personality and ability to create a festive atmosphere for the guests and fluent in several languages. Carlin, exhibits a wonderful personality and caring attitude in whatever she does. She gives you that “at home feeling”. Arnalda, is an excellent sous chef. She puts her heart and effort in the preparation of your order. When she brings the order out to you, it’s service with a smile and pleasantries. Ismael, is cordial and goes out of his way to address your needs. Joshua, has a good personality and engages the customers. Ann, the hotel’s breakfast restaurant manager is a smart, hard worker with excellent management skills. She ensures the guests are properly attended to by her staff and is fluent in several languages. Rosa, serviced my room during my stay. She got to know my schedule and attended it when I wasn’t there. Ashanti, the coffee shop, an independent business on site, is a very personable individual with excellent people skills. Although I didn’t get the opportunity to meet Sebastian the GM, I’m sure his input was involved, along with Jeanrick, his assistant GM, in the way things are conducted at this property. To all that have read my review, I don’t usually do them. I usually just write an email to the GM of the property. But in this case, as in the very few times I have written one, this is by far, one of the best experiences in all my world travels. Reason being, you can get good service from a few staff members at a property and have some pleasurable experiences. But the volume of staff members that gave good service and volume of pleasurable experiences, that I had at this property, isn’t usually the case when you travel. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a hotel that gives you that Caribbean feeling with modern island style accommodations, instead of the metropolitan hotel look, this is for you! The Gastro Bar serves good mixed drinks, beer, sodas etc. and the food portions are larger than the portions you probably get back home. The gym is small and limited, but adequate to stay fit on your vacation. The hotel location is ideal to nightlife, shopping, restaurants and they have a shuttle to take you to the their beach area nearby. If you don’t see it, don’t know it or can’t find it, ask. Great Location and Friendly Vibe
I recently stayed at Tryp by Wyndham Aruba and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The location is one of its strongest points – just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops in Palm Beach. You really don’t need a car to enjoy the area. The hotel itself has a relaxed, adult-only atmosphere, which was exactly what I was looking for. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay – from check-in to beach service. My room was clean and comfortable, with a nice minimalist design. While not ultra-luxurious, it had everything I needed. All in all, Tryp is a great option if you're looking for a laid-back, affordable, and convenient stay in Aruba without the crowds and chaos of bigger resorts. I'd definitely consider returning.

Perfect stay- best staff - great location
Our stay was perfect. The hotel is centrally located, right on the strip. We walked all over everyday and again in the evening when the entire strip is full of activity. The restaurants on the strip were great. We took a taxi to a few other restaurants and they were amazing! Red Fish was our favorite. The beach was right down the street, a 5 minute walk. We usually took the hotel’s golf cart and were there in 2 minutes or less. The staff was TERRIFIC! From the moment we walked in until the moment we got on the shuttle bus back to the airport, they were all terrific! Priscilla was THE BEST! The room was clean and comfortable. There are dehumidifiers on the rooms to make it extra comfortable. The hotel was well maintained and we had no complaints. The pool was great, clean and well maintained. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The pool bar was a convenient addition - happy hour in the evenings with half price drinks. The coffee shop in the lobby was super convenient and the barista makes a great iced coffee. I would absolutely recommend TRYP. We were a group of 3 couples and the 6 of us had a blast in Aruba!
