    Best resort I have ever been

    Absolutely perfect. There is nothing bad I can say about TRS and I am very picky. From the moment you arrive and are driven through amazing jungle looking paths, to the moment you are introduced to your butler (Massive shoutout to Lisandra since she made our lives so easy and our celebrations a dream come true during our stay!), or the second you enjoy your first meal a la carte (worth a Michelin star), you know you are not in your standard resort. Every single detail has been thought out. The beds and pillows are so comfy too which to me, matters very much. The TRS is the adults only section of a largest complex with another 4 hotels which you can walk to, but the resort is so big you are better off using their carts, always available. Their spa and massages are dreamy. Their sports courts really well maintained, and the pools, at least 3 just in the TRS area (one infinity, one with salted water, sand and little fish for great snorkeling, and heated one) are wonderful. As I said, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place, and I am hoping I am back soon. Another shout out to Maria in Las Rocas Bar and Alfredo at the Terrazas bar. Their personality was even better than their cocktails which is difficult since the resort does not skimp with their premium liquor. BOOK IT, NOW, YOU WILL LOVE IT!

    Missed the mark

    Don't expect the same service from TRS to TRS, its hit and miss at best. I compare the TRS Coral to TRS Yucatan and we should have just gone back to the Coral

    Best anniversary trip :)

    Our first time visiting TRS Yucatan and it was amazing! We stayed in one of the ambassadors suites, the room was stunning and the resort over all was so nice and had so many cool amenities!! Our butlers Luiso & Cristian made our stay extra special and we are forever grateful for their help and amazing energy. Everyone was so nice and we could tell how hard everyone works to make sure we have a pleasant stay. We will definitely be going back and we hope everyone who visits has such an amazing trip like we did! THANK YOU!!!

    Amazing!

    Great service, great food, great people. Our butler was always checking in with us and they were very accommodating! Got all the dinner reservations we wanted! If you need something, ask! They will go above and beyond to get it sorted for you!
