Must stay hotel.
This hotel is breathtaking! We stayed in an amazing suite with a view. The food at the hotel wasn’t really good and the alcoholic drinks weren’t that strong. But me and my husband made the most of it and had a great time.

Excellent Trip
We stayed 9/16 through 9/21 for the fan's party. Everything was fantastic from check in, butlers, cart service, meals, and of course the beautiful staff. I would like to give a special shout out to George and Patty who re the best butlers ever and Elvia and Gaby from my favorite restaurant Tentazione. You all made out stay extra special. Also, the most amazing waiter Abraham at Chic! Abraham is absolutely the best server in the world and his singing skills are out of this world. Thank you all for a great trip!

First time in Tulum
Maggie & Moises took such great care of me and arranged my wish list. They communicated well and very so pleasant and kind. If I were to come back it’s the staff hands down 100 percent, to include the staff at Helios 10/10.

Another Fantastic Stay at the TRS
This is our 4th visit so clearly a favourite of ours. It had been two years since our last visit, and whilst we noticed some changes, none affected the enjoyment of our holiday. We spent our days between the beach and the infinity pool. The new TRS beach is great, it’s located at the other end of the resort however it’s the best part of the beach with a bar and recently added kitchen producing nice snacks if you want to spend the day there. We love the infinity pool, while theres always plenty of beds, the hotel have added some pool front bali beds which are an extra charge however there is no shortage of free beds to use along with lots of free Bali beds. In our two week trip, we didn’t see one paid bed get used so it’s a bit of a shame as they just take up space. The pool bars and staff are excellent and very attentive throughout the day with the snack bar serving a daily special along with pizzas and snacks. We stayed in block 71 (the jacuzzi rooms)which was really handy for everything and not too far to walk anywhere. We enjoyed walking around the nice setting of the resort however there are plenty of carts with very friendly cart drivers who are always up for having a chat and taking you wherever you like. The restaurants we ate in were: Tentazone - (Italian)This is our favourite restaurant, the food is outstanding we love the specziata pizza, pasta with vodka and the tiramisu is not to be missed! La Boheme - A close second favourite of ours and the French onion soup is absolutely outstanding If you are there on a Sunday, be sure to book the Mexican dinner in Caprichios as it’s lovely to try some authentic Mexican dishes. The menu may not sound appealing but the food is outstanding and the staff will talk you through the menu to ensure it’s right for you. We were also lucky to be here over Mexican Independence Day and the effort that goes into putting on a fabulous night is amazing. We were also here for the FANS Addict party which again was absolutely brilliant. Chic- We attended Chic, and whilst it’s an additional charge, it’s worth every penny. It’s 3 hours of non stop performances whilst getting served a beautiful meal. My husband and I do not eat fish and they provided alternative dishes which were beautiful. Bravo- We were lucky to win tickets to attend Bravo at the Fans/ Addicts party. It’s a lovely setting and the food was nice however Chic sets the bar very high and if you were to just do one, I would suggest you spend the little extra and do Chic. Spa- We went to the spa for couples massages. You were better to wait until you get to the hotel as you will get a better deal from the guys around the pool. The spa is lovely and has a nice modern hydrotherapy section. We didnt really enjoy our massages on this occasion however we have had great massages there in the past and would still go on our next visit. We would find it hard to be critical of this hotel. Without a doubt the staff are what make this hotel so amazing, from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave, each and every staff remember you encounter will go above and beyond to give you the best possible service. The food and drinks are outstanding and we did not have one bad meal. A few staff that made our trip extra special and worth a mention are: Alexis - special events waiter Uziel- Reception Sarahi, Marcus & Maria - Bar staff Abraham - Chic/Bingo waiter Alfonsa & Ruben - La Boheme Restaurant David - Entertainment.
