    Fantasy Island

    This hotel is the epitome of paradise! The grounds are kept Immaculate evening marks We're beautiful with all the plants and trees up lit. Our room was a swim up room which was totally awesome. From the moment We arrived we were made sure that we were well taken care of and we were. There was no need to ask for a ride There were plenty available. The beaches were beautiful. The libations were abundant My wife and I both absolutely enjoyed our 45th wedding anniversary there.

    Beautiful place with some kinks

    The location and beauty of the grounds was very nice. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was average to mediocre as a whole, unfortunately. For the number of guests, it was also difficult to get chairs on the beach or main pool because people were reserving them all over the place. Make sure they get you with your butler! We had to look for ours and he wasn't very much help besides getting us transport. And lastly, they try to sell you on way too much stuff. We just want to relax.

    Excellent Stay

    This is our third year returning to TRS Turquesa and we had another great stay. The entire staff from reception, to the pool area, to the restaurants, and the entertainment staff were all fantastic. We would come back every year just to see Dolores at the main pool! Xavier "Barack Obama" and Dayfreisy were so personable and fun. The butlers were helpful and overall, everyone was so friendly.

    Everything was great! Food was very good. Drinks were very good. Entertainment was enjoyable. Pool was clean and quiet (adults only area). Staff was excellent.
