  Holiday

  We had an absolutely wonderful time at TRS Turquesa. The hotel itself is immaculate, with rooms cleaned to an impressively high standard every day. Our cleaner was Kitsy and she was fantastic who took her time to talk to us in the room and gave us chocolates every day. The restaurants we dined at were spotless, and the food was consistently amazing. The waitresses were fantastic, delivering a fast and first-class service. The entertainment around the pool truly made our holiday special. Albert and his team were outstanding they took the time to chat with us and organized fantastic games and activities that kept us engaged and entertained throughout our stay. The butler Suleica and her team in our building block were fantastic. They made sure that we were okay every day and they also helped us book our dinner reservations. They also brought wine to our room on request. The poolside staff were also exceptional. Dolores and Faireny ensured our drinks were never empty, keeping us well-hydrated and happy. A highlight of our trip was the Chic Cabaret show—an absolute must-see! The performance was incredible, and it kept us entertained all night long. Overall, it was an amazing holiday, and we will definitely be returning. TRS Turquesa never disappoints!

  Amazing stay at TRS hotels

  The staff and facilities at TRS gave us the honeymoon of our dreams! Shout out to our Butler Rodney for making our stay better than we could've ever hoped. He was truly amazing to us

  Great service, excellent food, fantastic pools, beautiful setting, friendly and helpful staff. Beware the upsell!

  We stayed at TRS Turquesa for 11 nights from 18th August and can't fault it. We travelled from the UK on TUI Premium with private transfers. If I was going again, I'd just grab a cab from the airport for around 35 USD. We had a swim up romance room in block 57. (Swim up is the way to go here, if you can.) The romance suites are larger and in the corner so great for shade. When we initially arrived, we thought the room was a little tired, but it had everything we needed. After day 3, I realised the mattress was too hard for me and we had a special visitor (Larry the Lizard) who we couldn't locate so I asked to move rooms. The little lizards are cute and eat the mozzies, but I couldn't sleep with one in my room. Even though it was probably my fault as I left the screen door open, Rosmilka, our butler, was fantastic and sorted out a new room with a smile. We also got a complementary romantic dinner on the beach, which should have been 80USD per person. The new room in block 56 seemed much lighter and better maintained. The bed here was amazing. The food truck was also based in this block and the pool bar was open here too, which was great. (It is their low season, so not all the pool bars were open.) Rooms need a little updating but are very comfortable. Smart TVs and USB chargers in rooms are needed. There was always a choice of sunbed or cabana. No having to get up to bag beds!!!!! Fresh beach towels are available by all pools. I wouldn't bother packing them if I came again. The butler service is faultless. They WhatsApp daily with everything going on and you can just message with any request, issues or reservations. Room service is brilliant and was all included in our package. I cannot fault the staff at all. Every one greets with a smile and 'hola'. Take lots of US dollar bills for tips. You don't have too, but these guys work hard. We ate at a different A la carte every night and didn't have a bad one. We didn't eat at them all but did all the ones we wanted to. (Some have children in, if you don't want to see them, stick to the TRS restaurants.) 😁 The down side. When you arrive, they try to upsell you 100dollats per day for an upgraded package. This is not needed. Most of the cabanas are totally available to use. There are only very few premium ones. The green shirts in the lobby greet you and offer to take you for a tour of the resort. They actually drop you at a conference room full of sales people who spend 3hours trying to sell you a package. I repeatedly asked how much it was and tried to leave. Eventually, when the manager came to give me a price, I almost fell off my chair. They wanted more than 20k USD for reduced prices on holidays for the next 30 years. I had to get very abrupt to be able to leave. This was a hard sell and I could see others around me, who perhaps are not as confident, being bullied Into huge deposits. This could have ruined the whole holiday. On the plus side, we got the Chic Cabaret (60USD) as a 'thank you'. Chic Caberet is a must!! What a fantastic night. Great atmosphere, food and entertainment. Drinks and food were free flowing, plentiful and excellent. It's our last night and we're ready for home, but would come back in a heartbeat. .

  First trip to Punta Cana

  Arrival was amazing, impressive resort, very efficient check in and registration. Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Maid service was phenomenal. Restaurants were all very clean and the food was amazing. Grounds were beautifully kept and pools were awrsome. Shows and activities were great. Rodny out Butler was phenomenal and very proficient and professional. We will definitely be staying there again next year.

  My stay at this hotel was absolutely marvelous! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service and a warm atmosphere. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay
