    Everyone had a great time. We all got some level of stomach flu. Nothing serious though. Maybe it was the ice or the water for the coffee.

    Nice Vacation Spot

    I spent a week at the TRS Turquesa with my wife and two other couples. We enjoyed our trip. I was a little disappointed with the food selection and quality at a number of the resturants. The best part of the food selections were the food trucks and In-suite dining. We were in a Romance Swim up Suite, and had an issue with the hot tub/ jacquizi that was not resolved. Only 2 of the six jets worked, maintenance tried to fix it, with no success.

    Food poisnong at the resort

    Worst resort experience of my life. We had food poisoning on our 5th day that was not seriously taken by the management. Food quality and food cleanliness is despicable. Whoever is supervising food prep needs to be supervised. ON the other hand, servers, hostesses, pool workers, ground keepers are amazing, hardworking people. I want to mention Stephanie and Angela at the Helios, ladies serving drinks at the pool and the beach, I have nothing but the best to say about them.

    Beautiful resort and friendly staff.

    We are still here enjoying the beach until end of this month and it is a memorable stay. The beach is clean and welcoming. We adore the staff and beach location. The room was cleaned spotless everyday and the shows are so entertaining. On one evening the pool music was accidentally left on, but the staff jumped right on it and turned it off so we could sleep. Our room seemed a bit outdated and missing and broken curtains, but clean. The tv/s in our room were not functioning and without internet, and lots of lights were not working. The staff promptly fixed the lights, and took note of the non functioning tv and barely functioning a/c, but never followed up which is disappointing and makes for sweaty sleeping. Nevertheless we made due with our tablets and phones and after some fiddling with the tv and managed to mirror them to finally watch some shows before bed. Not sure what happened there…. The pools are clean and beautiful with plenty of seating, but I recommend using the towel rules and get the good ones early in the morning. Amazing selection of restaurants and beautiful presentation. I would not say that this a 5 star room, but definitely a 5 star property. The room is more like a 3-4 star and really needs maintenance and updating.

    Here for our honeymoon and everything was great. The food the service the atmosphere e writhing was over the top

    The trip was all around great the resort was beautiful and our butler Edwin was fantastic!! He went above and beyond for Our honeymoon!! I recommend this trip to anyone
