    Relaxation at its finest!

    Second time at TRS Punta Cana, but definitely not the last. Service is second to none and the time spent was magical. Thank you to all the service staff that make this place so welcoming.

    Hotel was very clean and beautiful. And staff was very accommodating. Bulter service and staff in building lobby, were the kindness people. Would definitely come back

    Excellent Staff & Enjoyable Stay

    I just returned from a 9 day 8 night trip on 4/24. This was our 2nd stay at this TRS facility and we were very pleased with the extremely attentive staff and relaxing atmosphere. There were some disruptive guests that the staff were very professional in de-escalating. We spent most of our time at the main pool and all of the bartenders and servers were fantastic. Specifically, Delores was a treat to see each day. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. In general the food is good, there is no shortage so you can find something for even the pickiest of eaters. The Chic show was better than we remembered on our previous trip and Chic bingo was a fun evening out! We will definitely be back.

    2ND VISIT

    This was our 2nd visit to this resort, previous was 15 years ago. We had a great time and met some great people. We want the thank Elaine (our butler), Alexander (bartender in Palace Lobby), Steven (bartender at Helios) for making our trip wonderful. The resort definitely does need a major renovation since the last time we were at the resort. Some areas of the resort were good but others were not so good. The employees at this resort make this resort a great place to visit. At this point, we probably will not return until there are some major renovations/upgrades done at this resort.

    Beautiful resort with amazing staff

    We loved everything about the resort. We will be returning! Everything was beautiful. Highly recommend the swim up rooms. The staff were so helpful and very friendly. They made our stay even more memorable.
