    Amazing service!

    Service was top tier! We stayed in the adults only resort and it was worth every penny to not hear screaming children. Food was okay. Make sure you book the hibachi restaurant as SOON as you arrive because it books 3-4 days in advance. Overall great resort and would definitely recommend for couples who want to relax and have premium services!

    Roaches problems staff dont care

    Sleeping with roaches wakes me up 3am. File a report and no one was able to come and clean the dead roaches in my room. And i am a Presidential guest dont recomend the hotel but the chain is good better go to isla mujeres mexico service is exellent and clean

    Do NOT stay here

    This hotel is not fit to stay in. The rooms are dirty. We had ants on our ceiling. Most restaurants are empty, yet you cannot get reservations or eat in them. The food is horrendous. We left our vacation early, it was that bad.

    Weather great. Service excellent. Staff very attentive

    Returned to our favourite resort May 5-15 for the 11th time. Checked in to find some new people working the desk. Zulayka and Braudilia greeted us and processed us through quickly. Cecilio drove us to our room and delivered our luggage to the second floor. We proceeded to take a walk about and see some familiar faces. Altragarcia and Chamo whipped us up some drinks in the lobby bar. We then went to Helios for lunch. Where Angela took us to a table and Antonio was very attentive to our needs. From there we went to the pool where our favourite server was working. Delores was real quick to reunite with us and grab us some drinks. Elin was also there and always smiling and checking if all was okay. Our butlers Nilson, Johana and Francesco were amazing. Between booking dinners or just asking about our needs they were very enjoyable to work with. The beach was awesome and the towel man Kiko was excellent. He night restaurants with the best steaks at Helios and chateaubriand was on point at La Bohemm. At checkout Thomas and Wandy made sure all was good and looked after our luggage until the bus arrived. All in all an excellent 10 days and can’t wait to return in November.
